Pizy 18,904
NoYou don't think they'll be up for it like hell knowing that they can pull within 6 points of us if they win? Of course they will. Not to mention the chance to end Jose's home unbeaten streak.

Jase 43,479
What is Tottenham thinking? I mean, who plays on a 4-4-2 yet? Not even the Brazilian teams play it anymore!Well, it is not like that was invented in 1970 anyway...If Tim Sherwood continues to persist with that formation, he won't last long at Spurs really. Showed his naivety against Arsenal by playing that and got exposed. Needs to be more tactically adaptable. Rmpr
Jase 43,479
Great. Now they'll be full of confidence coming here next week.Good. I would prefer them to win this weekend, which they did, and come to the Bridge next weekend with confidence rather than a wounded animal. Would make the players stay concentrated and not underestimate United, despite their struggles this season.

Of course they will. Not to mention the chance to end Jose's home unbeaten streak.I think it's actually good for us that they won today because if they hadn't they would have absolutely needed to get a result against us and would have probably needed and wanted the win more than us while now they sort of have more breathing space to lose the game against us and still be in the race for fourth. Pizy 18,904
This is how I hope we are next season. Any of City's strikers can slot in and score loads. Any of their 3 strikers would walk into our current team and be our best striker. zolayes and Mouri_Matic
We Hate Scouse 10,326
Absolutely mental! With that goal, Manchester City have now scored as many goals this season as they did the whole of last term. That's what the owners had in mind when they brought Manuel Pellegrini to the club.

Pizy 18,904
Like us, City have a midfield that creates a shit load of chances but unlike us, they have instinctual, top class finishers who are always in the right spots and can finish clinically. If we had Rooney or Falcao or someone like that teams would be scared shitless before the ball is even kicked like everyone is of City right now.
