Bournemouth cause we seem to turn complete shite against them

I would have loved West Ham to go down, as then Rice would be cheaper

plus, if you reverse our two losses to wins against the cunts we would be 3rd and home in a canter

They always seem to hold on at the last few games.

Yep! 1-0 can sorta forgive but the 3-2..nope!

I so hope Villa stay up and Forest win the promotion playoff

as then, for the first time since 1996/97 you have 3 big old ex powerhouse teams in the EPL at the same time

(Villa, Forest and Leeds, all won major Euro cups and were also runners up on multiple occasions plus Forest and Villa were almost world champions in 1980, Forest lost 1 nil to Club Nacional de Football of Uruguay 1 nil in the final , and in 1982 Villa lost to Peñarol of Uruguay 2 nil in the old Intercontinental Cup)

Manure (grrrr) is the only English team to win the old Intercontinental Cup (in 2000) It disappeared by the time we became world class (FIFA WCC replaced it in 2005, Porto were the last winners in 2004)

that is a good thing for English football IMHO

United pull out of FA Cup

Wednesday, June 30, 1999 Published at 14:30 GMT 15:30 UK

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/sport/football/fa_carling_premiership/381662.stm

they would have been the only team in history to ever even compete for 8  Domestic/Europe/World trophies in one season (1999/2000 was the only year you had double world championship tournaments, the Intercontinental Cup (they won), and then the first ever FIFA WCC (the went out at group stage, shockingly), which (the FWCC) poofed after that util 2005 when the two were merged)

Manure ended up only winning 2 of the 8 (the EPL and the Intercontinental Cup) as they lost the CS, the League Cup (went out in the 3rd round, Villa crushed them 3 nil), the Super Cup (another huge upset, 1 nil to Lazio) the CL (went out in the QFers, choked 2 3 to Real Madrid at OT after drawing nil nil at RM, RM went on to win it) the FWCC (they beat the worst team of the 8 South Melbourne, but drew with eventual the eventual 3rd place club, Necaxa of Mexico 1 1, then were smashed 1 3 by Vasco de Gama, who ended up losing the final on PK's to Corinthians, who also beat us in 2012 in the final as well, arrrrrffff) and of curse they didn't even play in the FA Cup

30 seconds to glory for shitty Villa, lololol

and ironically the team they are fighting with for survival (Watford) plays Arse next

if villa just had gotten one more point somewhere, they could have relegated West Ham (they are too far behind on GD) on the last day too
