Hes the sort of bloke you fucking hate when in opposition ...but love him if hes on your side

I remember the charity shield at the new Wembley when we were hurling abuse at him an he turned round and flipped the middle finger up at us!

Passion, commitment and a decent striker. He'd fit right in..and Ashley Coles best mate -the press are going to have some lovely pics of them rolling out of nightclubs....

We do not need to bolster a strike force which includes Torres, BA and Lukaku, he says.

If the transfer window closed tomorrow and we do nothing, I am more than happy, he continued.

Well, as I assumed Chelsea are just about done for the next season.

I think thats nonsense. Its very different because here he'll be the first choice, he's alot better than Torres and Ba, and for now also better and more experienced than Lukaku. And if he'll come Ba would leave so its just Torres and Lukaku on the same spot. Chelsea is the best option for him.

Exactly! I wouldn't be surprised at all if Lukaku becomes 1st choice ahead of Rooney this coming season (who i feel will flop here) Lukaku is a beast and is more than capable of being 1st choice and if Ba/Torres can get into some form and Rooney has his usual spell where he is absolutely awful then i feel he could see a lot of time on the bench next season!

Having attacking mids is alright but they can't play up front barring possibly Schurlle, but having a striker who can do a job and one who can also fill another role is versatility, yes versatility.

United are slowly losing their arse in this transfer window, negotiations with Thiago down the shit can, Fabregas basically knocking them back today, who's left? Jordan Henderson?

I know what the fucking word means. Do you not understand we have an overload of attacking mids?! So who gives a shit if he can play as CAM? Mata can play there and he doesn't need to play as striker, why? Because he's so fucking good at being a midfielder! For me, that's impressive enough. And he's ten times better than Rooney at it; as will Oscar/KDB become a better than Rooney there but that's as long as some fat, injury-prone, aging, jack of all trades, master of none, tit isn't taking up their game time simply because he's 'versatile'. Those players can master those positions for the next 10+yrs for us, but only if they're allowed to. They won't sit on the bench forever.

So sorry if I'm not wanking over Rooney just because he's English and can play more than one position.

He's got nothing to prove, he's won almost everything with Manure what would you expect from him really? RVP left Arsenal because wanted trophies, same case with Torres despite being shit and all. I'm against this transfer 100% not because of that but because I would hate to see him wearing our jersey. Screw being neutral about this.

I'm sure he would opt for 22 to prove he is twice as good as Drogba. :noexpression:

Or maybe 23 because he may feel he is #1 then 2 ..3 !

Or 29 because 2+9 = 11 ...the new drogba !
