To be honest though even if he doesnt play, i expect rooney to be in the stands tonight or at the after dinner

Probably will be, will be still friendly with them all his issue is with Moyes and Fergie I think.

This game tonight is on BTSport 2 for anyone who is interested.

Transfer Request Tomorrow?...

Doubt he would actually hand in one this time around, too much money to be loss. The only way he would do it is probably one near deadline date when MU still refuse to sell to us after we offered like £35-£40m then I think he might do it if we promise to pay it back for him as signing on fee.

Which would be tapping-up. You can't talk to a player about their contract without permission of his current team and something like this would be too obvious to ignore.

and also the club is united so we don't have any chance to make him agree a contract because they wont allow it

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho says there is no time limit for Wayne Rooney deal

"We have done it in an ethical way and we are going to do that until the last day. And we will see how it comes."

Wayne Rooney in front of the likes of Mata, Hazard and Oscar would be frightening for any team; if the deal does go through it would be a weird feeling for me, because part of me hates Rooney for being a Red Devil; but I appreciate good strikers especially since we have struggled in that position in recent years. Rooney struggles last season but I must say I am intrigued by the prospect of him playing up front for chelsea.. All the partnerships, Rooney - Torres, Rooney - Ba, Rooney - Lukaku, whoever he plays with would be crazy...

Rooney will not play for the club again unless he either submits a formal transfer request or commits himself totally to the cause

Will united fans ignore another attempt to leave if he ends up staying?

I'm sure if he had a blinder of a season they would soon forgive and forget

Course they will.

If he scores for fun like I think he'd do for us they'd jizz themselves with joy and cheer his name.
