Doubt he would want another pay raise, £250k per week is already one of the most in the world already. Cech's helmet 220 Posted August 5, 2013 Share Posted August 5, 2013 We have a very good squad right now. we just need Rooney to be the icing on the cake. when we play the likes of Barca/Bayern in a champions league semi-final, we're going to need a world class player like Rooney who's going to show up and score out of nothing. right now, we don't have a world class centre forward. we have a promising striker in Lukaku and BA/Torres are simply not good enough.
