Kostas 1,468
About Terry, I doubt it. This is the Premier League, it takes so much out of you physically. In the Serie A you can rely on skill and you don't need to be in incredible shape to perform. Terry is already incredibly slow, can't imagine how slow he'll be become in 3, 4 years. He'll also most likely get injured like crazy. Just look at Carvalho. Couldn't play two games in a row without getting injured last season (and remember he was always a lot less injury-prone than JT). Now he's in Spain, no injuries and is playing better than he's done in a long time.I'd love to argue from an optimistic point of view but you're probably right. The only thing that comes to my mind is that hopefully he's as slow as he'll get
middleoftheshed 388
We need stability more than trophies. We have been spoilt in the last few years and now too many expect instant success when really these things take time and patience. What Carlo achieved last year deserves at the very least the time and support to turn it around. eldo 868
We made a mistake for having too many old players in the past. Now we are paying the debt. We should have signed younger players back then when we signed the likes of Deco, Belleti, Anelka. Now it is the time to rebuild it. I'm pretty scared for the next 2-3 seasons, because our front three are already underperforming.
RX8 40
CLOSE this Fucking thread! Carlo is World class, Abromovich would send this club into self destruction if he let go of Carlo. Blame the 11 that take the field everygame its up to them to get CFC results. I do have one criticism about CA and that he wont tinker with the Formation!I agree
RX8 40
I still Belive that If we are going down they should do it with anchelotti and all the playerI don not know If There is someone to blame for this situation maybe is Anchelottis fault or maulee not, perhaps is the players or the injury or the lack of talent or is the constant Abramovich iron hand ruling the club or maybe is nobodys fault and the players are simple exhausted and can not perform at There best. The faq of the matter is, that what are we wining cuting Off anchelotti?? Nothing because If we every time that this happend the club cut the coach head we are denying the faq the player are also guilty of this mess.I do Belive Roman will keep Carlos some how because he was his Choose and I do not thing Roman is the kind of person who said I was wrong. Carlo was diferente, he was chosen bu the owner diferent from Grant, Scolari. Guus was his chosen and Mou. I Belive he is going to died with Carlo this season

EskWeston 696
I cannot see how sacking Carlo will solve anything, although it is very likely to happen. The club need to leave the football people to deal with the football side of things and stop getting involved with what they clearly do not understand. Secondly we need big investment in the squad to take us on to a new chapter.Although the one thing i do question Carlo about is persisting with such out of form players as Malouda, Drogba, Anelka and Kalou. Honestly could it could not bring about any worse performances if we played Sturridge or/and Kakuta. Hell we couldn't play any worse if we played Lalkovic and Tore..... Wxgba 306
Guus Hiddink, if possible. If not, then no one else springs to mind who's available.
Steve 10,227
If Carlo is sacked i will be furious. We need stability at the club. We are going through a rough patch at the moment. The last thing we need is a new manager to shake things up even more. Could you imagine what it would do behind the scenes. We need a good Assistant manager, someone who can help Carlo and the squad. Ray should never of been sacked... Bring back Steve or get in Gianfranco. Someone who can communicate with the players and had a lot of knowledge of the game. Not a girls football team coach...... RX8 40
Guus Hiddink, if possible. If not, then no one else springs to mind who's available. He is not available... He is Turkey Coach... There is no one else better than anchelotti..... Rafa Benitez is Even worst idea....For me the principal problem right now is the player who needs a Strong Hand and Anchelotti does not look like a Strong Caracter Person.... Kostas 1,468
Wenger won fuck all season after season,he's still there. We go through a bad patch and its omg sack sack sack!Surely you must see the difference.Wenger didn't spend much and he managed to keep his team in the top 3 despite losing vital star players. We spent ~30£ mil just during the summer and are in danger of dropping out of the top 4. For someone who doesn't know the differences between the ways the two clubs operate such a reaction is pretty normal.Let's be honest for a second. Most managers would have already been sacked after such a horrendous form. The fact that Ancelotti still holds his job means that the club realized their part in this decline (Pretty easy to spot if you ask me) and that Roman is more patient that he has been in the past. But seriously over the last few years we've had Jose,Grant,Scolari,Hiddick though a temp and now Carlo and conisdering Carlo is the first in a long while to last a year!
