Oh yeah, u was the other one last time wasn't you when i wrote about him

Yeah that was me, and it's still you who's ungrateful and ignorant.

Has he ever even done an interview or anything backing up and defending his manager and players? I think not.

He should be out now, putting on Chelsea's official site that Carlo's job is safe and he backs the players and the manager through this tough time and that things will get better soon. NOTHING!

That's not how Roman works, he never had an interview about us winning stuff and dominating Europe and England and he's not going to have an interview when we're horrible on the pitch.

Ancelotti said in December that he has Abramovich's full support and has repeated that ever since, that's good enough for me.

Too many posts, can't answer them all in the right order.

50% of this forum only started supporting Chelsea in the last 6 years because of the money and our rise to fame. I see so many Chelsea shirts in the street nowadays and i think to myself, i wish you saw what i saw you bastards between 1994-2003.

And I also bet Roman is the reason you're here.

Wake up brow...do you think that Chelsea would have fans abroad if he was a mid table club, like Spurs or Everton ? Im here because of Roman, and Im not ashamed of saying so.

This discusion is just ridiculous.

IMO last season we won the league because the PLAYERS wanted it so much, This season there lacking that intensity and the players wouldn't want it, and its the managers job to stop the team from becoming complacent, Which Ancelloti appears not to be doing.

There's unrest at Chelsea, it's plain obvious. If Roman was seeing the players and talking to the staff and trying to lift them, they wouldn't be playing like they have done in the last 2 months. He's the owner, he's responsible. End of story.

Btw i do think you're one of the best posters here, don't wanna argue with you too much but we certainly disagree on this one thing lol.

I actually think Carlo can turn the club into a dominant force next season. If he's given the funds and a say in the transfer dealings.. His tactics work, when he's got the right players, and spare players. There is a reason we were dominating this early season, Carlo was doing something right. The problem is, even when things were down, he kept doing them. It's wrong of him, but if we get in new players I think he can make those tactics work again.

I agree, Drogba should not be here next season, nor should Anelka. Terry can have a career like Maldini, he's playing his heart out these days and it does help. We're being let down upfront not at the back.

I was just asking how BL he saw CA as a long-term manager when you look at the things I pointed out. Don't know if CA can ''turn the club into a dominant force next season''.

About Terry, I doubt it. This is the Premier League, it takes so much out of you physically. In the Serie A you can rely on skill and you don't need to be in incredible shape to perform.

Terry is already incredibly slow, can't imagine how slow he'll be become in 3, 4 years. He'll also most likely get injured like crazy. Just look at Carvalho. Couldn't play two games in a row without getting injured last season (and remember he was always a lot less injury-prone than JT). Now he's in Spain, no injuries and he's playing better than he's done in a long time.

That's still the way he works. That would be like me blaming Ancelotti (or even a Manc Fergie) for not having the balls to stand-up to their club owners and demand investment in new players, that's the way those people work and I'm not going to blame them for it.

Thank you. Then let's agree to disagree.

I'd love to argue from an optimistic point of view but you're probably right. The only thing that comes to my mind is that hopefully he's as slow as he'll get :D

We need stability more than trophies. We have been spoilt in the last few years and now too many expect instant success when really these things take time and patience.

What Carlo achieved last year deserves at the very least the time and support to turn it around.

Agree, but there is a problem: you cant get stability winning 1 match in 9 games and losing matches against Wolves and Sunderland.

We made a mistake for having too many old players in the past. Now we are paying the debt. We should have signed younger players back then when we signed the likes of Deco, Belleti, Anelka.

Now it is the time to rebuild it. I'm pretty scared for the next 2-3 seasons, because our front three are already underperforming.

CLOSE this Fucking thread! Carlo is World class, Abromovich would send this club into self destruction if he let go of Carlo. Blame the 11 that take the field everygame its up to them to get CFC results. I do have one criticism about CA and that he wont tinker with the Formation!

I agree

I still Belive that If we are going down they should do it with anchelotti and all the player

I don not know If There is someone to blame for this situation maybe is Anchelottis fault or maulee not, perhaps is the players or the injury or the lack of talent or is the constant Abramovich iron hand ruling the club or maybe is nobodys fault and the players are simple exhausted and can not perform at There best.

The faq of the matter is, that what are we wining cuting Off anchelotti?? Nothing because If we every time that this happend the club cut the coach head we are denying the faq the player are also guilty of this mess.

I do Belive Roman will keep Carlos some how because he was his Choose and I do not thing Roman is the kind of person who said I was wrong. Carlo was diferente, he was chosen bu the owner diferent from Grant, Scolari. Guus was his chosen and Mou. I Belive he is going to died with Carlo this season

i dont want carlo to leave but if he goes den i think we should appoint ray wilkins as a coach...........as he is aware about inside n outside of the club n we should sack our assistant coach hes not worth it.................n it will be a payback to wilkins also.............if we want to plan for the future then we should take chance on ray wilkins......he has done a good job when scholari left...............so i will go for him.................or else bring Rajkard...............dont forget watever success PEP is gettin der is because of Rajkard...................Rajkard has built a team n PEP is just gettin d rewards............

I cannot see how sacking Carlo will solve anything, although it is very likely to happen.

The club need to leave the football people to deal with the football side of things and stop getting involved with what they clearly do not understand. Secondly we need big investment in the squad to take us on to a new chapter.

Although the one thing i do question Carlo about is persisting with such out of form players as Malouda, Drogba, Anelka and Kalou. Honestly could it could not bring about any worse performances if we played Sturridge or/and Kakuta. Hell we couldn't play any worse if we played Lalkovic and Tore.....
