The thing that annoys me is that there were loads of clubs that wanted Josh badly. So why did we loan him to Swansea without an agreement on the number of minutes he should play.

No club can GUARANTEE playing time ...If they do they are desperate.

I think we did that with Thibaut. He's a great keeper but there is no way he managed to push sergio assenjo aside that easily.

Asenjo's had a lot of problems with injury, I don't think you can make a club play a loan player like, I'd be very surprised if any club even agreed to such a clause.

He is 19 years old now but he looks like a 14 years old boy , he has to improve a lot physically !! i think that is what's keeping him away from becoming an EPL quality midfielder .

Not necessarily. You can look at players like Mata, Silva and the like, and it shows that you don't have to be built like Lukaku.
