Perhaps the problem lays with Josh though, as it did with Kakuta.. Or perhaps it's the usual Chelsea-loan-curse

"careful what you wish for" is perhaps the moral here. Anyway there's still a while to go till the end of the season, once Swansea are assured of safety maybe we will see more of the kid.

Waiting to see that next week. With 39 points, they are safe in the Premier League. Lets see what Rodgers does with his MF in the last 9 games.

No difference ...I have always said LOANS are a Fucking mistake ....rarely work ... Cue for everyone to shout Bolton and Danny

But what's the alternative? Where then do they play? The reserve/youth system is a joke as it is, at the moment.

The thing that annoys me is that there were loads of clubs that wanted Josh badly. So why did we loan him to Swansea without an agreement on the number of minutes he should play.

No club can GUARANTEE playing time ...If they do they are desperate.

I think we did that with Thibaut. He's a great keeper but there is no way he managed to push sergio assenjo aside that easily.

Asenjo's had a lot of problems with injury, I don't think you can make a club play a loan player like, I'd be very surprised if any club even agreed to such a clause.

Another failed loan move.

One would think they would play their own young player before Josh.

Piss-take comments from Rodgers.

'Grown as a person'. We sent out our brightest prospect for him to 'experience living in another city'.

he has actually gone to another country ,,,if he learns to speak the language he will be a world class spittter
