OneMoSalah 8,886
Whilst I was chatting with a Boro scout today he mentioned Josh and apparently he was in Magaluf a few weeks back playing the big I am, he said "Boro where shit" and one lad said "Oi they gave you a chance when you needed it" He replied with "I'm fucking better the them and I can play for who I want.Obviously this can be lost in translation but this is what he said. If true, a shame, because Boro treat all loan players with the utmost respect, if they didn't people like Big Ken wouldn't be back there.Well that what happens when you have young footballers that have come through a big academy, had everything given to them and then went on to sign a pro deal on a massive salary for someone his age. Islam Feruz is another guy who has caused a lot of controversy doing things and reportedly saying things since bursting onto the scene at Celtic however many years ago and well now he is still here and hasn't done much other than play for the reserves and decline the opportunity to play for Scotland u21s because he doesn't want to play internationally at u21 level apparently. Honestly if he said those things and he goes over to Holland with that mentality he will fail. Its always better to earn something through hard work, English u21 players have it to easy, bigger salaries than Brazilian u21s or Spainish u21s. Some players get cautious because they think I'm getting X Y or Z amount of money, some don't. Things need to change though, even Andreas Christensen here, he is getting 20,000 a week apparently, that is ridiculous.
Fernando 6,585
What has happened to this guy? Not even on the bench of vitesse. I guess that's that with this player. What a pity since he showed so much promise many years back.

Bir_CFC 3,455
Dude should move to Spain or Netherlands permanently. He could fit in those leagues. He'll never make it in England considering he has such a frail frame. Hell he could even become a decent player there cause he has skills no doubt. LDN Blue 7,903
It's amazing how these guys stay hungry for success...and that right there, sums up why English players don't make it. Clubs paying them extraordinary wages and giving them all these perks. I remember when we signed Sturridge, when he was a youth/reserve team player coming in and was already apparently on £60,000/week. A ridiculous amount! They live a David Beckham lifestyle when they haven't even made a handful of first team appearances. Manchester City have built a new academy centre which apparently cost them £150million. sleep experts were called in to design the players’ bedrooms, selecting wallpaper with light circular patterns. “It’s very soothing,’’There are rooms for yoga, Pilates, cryotherapy and a hypoxic chamber with treadmills where a player can tap “Rio in July” into the computer on the wall and the room heats to the required temperature.http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/teams/manchester-city/11277373/Manchester-Citys-new-150m-academy-The-English-Milan-Lab-from-which-they-aim-to-rule-Europe.htmlThese players are pampered almost. Taking the football spirit out of it, they become lab rats that are paid stupid amounts when they're yet to prove their worth. Mind boggling conditions.. Hopefully his career doesn't end up like Josh's.Charlie has a beautiful left foot, excellent vision, his passing is more often effective than I remember was the case with Josh, and he doesn't shy away from a tackle*. I think Charlie is the better of the two, but time will tell.*Not that I'm saying Josh does. I'm just commenting that this part of Charlie's game is in place. Magic Lamps 11,692
Peter Bosz should be a good coach for him. Hopefully Josh impresses there. He only has one year left on his contract in summer. So we should have found a buyer until then.
