They've had an awful defence for about 15 years now. Willems is interesting, but from what I saw he appears to be a pace merchant.

Arnesen was an absolute disgrace of a Technical Director/Director of Football. Emenalo has no experience in such a position and yet he's already miles better.

Jetro is only 18 so you can expect some rawness from him. He is one month younger then myself. He made some brilliant runs forward and didn't always neglect his defensive duties. His tackling is rash but that can only improve with experience.

Yup. Average for Ajax, and he's been exposed at the Euros. Shouldn't be in the squad tbh but we haven't got many better there.
