Noni is doing exactly what you want from a winger (pressing, winning the ball high up, sprinting at defenders causing headaches, stretching the pitch) but then lets you down massively with his final decision making.

He is getting in the positions but keeps making the wrong choice 99% of the time. It is purely on him. This has been the same since we signed him.

All well and good getting into positions but make the right decision… Time he squares it we nearly scored? Coincidence?

Folk are now forgetting there is now a lot of competition here and a lot of players who could play in that role with ease and based off what we have seen so far, a more ruthless manager who’s not afraid to make decisions.
