We are 12 pts behind a Europa cup position, with six teams above us, 13 matches remaining.
What are the chances and has it ever been acomplished by somebody ?

Newcastle

Burnley

Man Utd

Everton

Brighton

That is our immediate PL schedule. A consistent team could run all of those games. Both Man Utd and Brighton are not playing well, the other teams are not good. Newcastle has injuries. 

The problem is we are anything but consistent. Finishing 8th is about the best I think we can expect. We can also very realistically finish below 10th.

Urghhhh. Problem is Man U aren't playing well but getting results anyway.

Are u speaking about Europa League?

Things have changed and are going our direction. 5th place is 99% going to play Champions League with new rules. With Liverpool winning League Cup and City and Liverpool also most likely winners of Fa Cup that means Cups are not getting you European football but league position in which case 6th and 7th would get Europa League. We are 4 points behind 7th place with one game less.

So you want City or Pool to win the FA cup, if we don't win it.
Then 7th place takes us to Europa.
Is that a fact ?

Suppose Putin after having murdered Navalni decides to shoot one of his nuke rockets, just one.
The target is say Gelzenkirchen, or Munich.
He 's going to do that so NATO stop sending arms to Ukraine making his special military operation difficult.
What do we do then ?
Surrender ?

I thought the Brentford match was just a game of football, I had no idea it had this much global impact?

Sad that our last league win against Man U was 2017...I cant see this lot changing that!

Our last 4 against Brentford have been 3 losses and a draw 🤣 wooooo

I don’t really trust this “xy opponent has so many injuries and so tired” idea anymore.

Newcastle had even more sidelined players when we faced them back in November.. And what happened? Their 12 years old midfielder(Miley) made a fool of us, then 3 days later they almost beat PSG at the Prince.

Or the CC-final last weekend.. Liverpool had midweek game, and academy players featured, still we couldn’t prevail.

Not much to add. It's rather sad that we went from "we need to get ourselves together as this game will be difficult, because such teams will play for their lives against Chelsea" to "we need to get ourselves together as this game will be difficult", full stop.
