It genuinely does confuse me how we waste so many chances and I honestly do not recall watching another team regularly thinking "close that" time and time again. Last season, where we produced relegation team level football for months, he still managed to score 9 goals. This year he got already four. If Cucurella was playing as he is now last season nobody would be giving a shit about Maatsen and would of wanted him sold. Playing well in the championship for a team who are now playing absolutely pathetically in the PL says it all. Not good enough and should of pushed him out the door.
