Never expected Lavia to take part since he probably only had 1 training session if any. But I did think Caicedo would be thrown straight in.

Not mad about the XI as long as we look as good as we did second half last weekend. But if they target Gallagher like Liverpool did and get their home crowd into it we could be in trouble.

This will be a tough away match. Despite losing Rice they have a pretty strong XI who can compete with mostly anyone if they’re up for it and in form.

Can’t afford to start off passively and soft like we did so many times last season. With Antonio, Bowen, and Benrahma they’ll want to press high and run at us. We better be ready for that or they can damage us.
