The Next Manager?

The team he inherited was one tired team, Mata, Hazard...in slump. As you might know, any new boss has different priorities, methods & it takes time. Also, the team will drop games occasionally. He is not infallible. His tactics against QPR were good but the players did not convert their chances.

I get what you're saying. I respect Rafa for what he has done to Chelsea so far and having RESPECT for someone does not make me or you any less fan like some try to indicate. We are playing more tactical football, our defense is better.. now I hope people won't start to draw comparisons that I like Rafa more than RDM because I dont, but I have respect for him regardless of what other people think who usually just want to 'howl with the wolf pack' to fit in so to say. For obvious reason it's easier to bash Rafa for every bad decision he has done and completely ignore times when he should be praised. This is life, people have popular beliefs and unpopular, just stick with your own opinion and dont let some muppet tell what's right whats not. We are all Chelsea fans and digging in old quotes wont make someone more of a fan. In my honest opinion it was wrong to sack Ancelotti, but that's history and a different story. History belongs to the past... onwards and upwards.

As much as I'd like Mourinho back, I'd love to see Low in charge.

I would love Klopp here now that Pep is gone to Bayern.

He's a great guy, very down-to-earth. He's fairly reserved when it comes to the media and wouldn't bring any drama to our club. He gets on extremely well with his players. And he plays attractive attacking football, which would please Roman and the fans.

Moyes will be in complete unfamiliar terrority if he comes here, he has never had huge expectation's and boardroom/fan pressure to deal with at Everton, that will change if he ever comes here. If Big Sam stayed at Bolton to this day i bet he would be on this poll too.

If we are going to go for midtable miracle men (which thankfully Roman won't) then Alan Curbishley is just as qualified if you consider his job at Charlton and what's happened to them since.

first of all the losses were barely when "he had inherited the team"... i m not talking about the fulham game where this "excuse" might work... secondly, for converting of chances, do u actually believe we dint deserve to win the wba game or the liverpool draw or did we deserve to lose the game to united which started the ""slump"" and what if hazard and mata had taken their one on one chances against the juve... so lets not go into the debate of what might have happened if we had taken our chances. both qpr and swansea games were for a major part his mistake, for uneccesarily resting mata and hazard for the first one when the next match was an fa cup match and not making changes sooner even though we were trailing since 38th minute in the swansea match.

It would be a slap in the face to his lifelong club Barcelona. Chelsea and Barcelona have had the most heated of relationships for many years anad even more so after they somehow managed to progress past them last season. He wants a stable club, not one essentially run by Abramovich sacking managers left and right.

The philosiphy is so different at Chelsea to what is engrained into his mentality, youth systems, supporters club etc....

Chelsea just buy all of their talent

Told ya....

That's the easiest question i'll ever have to answer. Please come home Jose and give Lampard a new contract. Jose would never let Ash n Lamps go.

Not true. Jose liked them when they were young. But look at what he did to Raul at Madrid.

Unfortunately, Lampard would be off before José was announced I guess. Only if José would be arranged before the season ends to have some say but that does not seem likely.

No idea if he's ready for a step up or not, but I wouldn't mind Poyet. His team play possibly the most attractive football in the country in my opinion.

Zola's doing a good job too.

Not way the way they'll be treated by the board...dont deserve it after what they did for the club as players

Just lol about Pep!You knew it was gana happen though...wonder what plan B is..if even is one!Rafa woooo!Grant woooo!Roman as manager wooo!Random bloke in seat 43!

As we both know, Chelsea fans should not get on the hatred wagon, just cos some idiot indicated so.

Of course, Chelsea is playing more tactical, thanks to Rafa. Was I happy to see Chelsea winning CL ? Yes, I was in tears, then. I jumped out of my seat I almost fell on my butt, then. Was I happy the way we won it ? No, I was not.

As far as I am concern, RDM does not even come close to Rafa as a coach, I feel.

Whether, someone ridicules me here. I would say, be it. I will stand my ground, no matter what.

Fucking great, i just read the news about Guardiola. I am not a big fan but i would have liked to see him here. I can't say that i blame him though, i doupt that any top manager wants to join us with the way that Roman and our board run our club. Anyway, Klopp was and still is my number one choice so i can i only hope we can get him.

He is building a very good team. I doubt he want to leave dortmund next season

He is the coach, if I may point out. Players are the ones who should score goals.
