A repeat of the last time we played them except that logic prevails and we manage to score one of the clear cut chances. Hopefully we score more. Potential here to get a real nice win and turn around the players confidence, we could score 3 or more against them based on the high quality chances we're making.

Get the feeling some in here want us to lose, just so potter gets sacked, absolutely disgusting

Win the tie and sack that clown right afterwards is what should happen if we want to have any chance at winning this competition.

Sterling has been shamefully poor all half but that should do him a world of good.

When we up our intensity Dortmund can’t live with us. Just like the first leg. They really aren’t anything special at all and we have far superior players. If we were in the form we should be with all these players this tie would’ve been a breeze.

That being said, all it takes is one silly error or lapse and they can easily score.

We usually have our best games in European competitions but Dortmund are the one team not looking to park the bus against us which complements our quick but wayward attackers who need space. Everyone else just has us figured out

could imagine the salary incentives playing a part here too

One of many players that needed a scrappy goal to get them back on track. Hopefully this kick starts him. We just need 1 person who is in goal scoring form to start a turnaround.

I know it's the Champions League blah blah, but if we saw this much intensity, heart and desire from manager through to all 11 players on that pitch week in, week out, supporters would be far more willing to offer time and patience and excuse inconsistency in results.

The Germans are not good at man to man marking.
This works for Chelsea and we should have had more by now, including the first leg.

Or he's just earned staying in charge if we win this. Game by game.

Let’s kick them in the second half. They are really not that good.

they are missing:

Julian Brandt  (injured early in this game, has been on a huge tear)
Karim Adeyemi
Julien Duranville
Youssoufa Moukoko
Julian Ryerson (starting RB)

Donyell Malen (on the bench, but carrying a knock)

Hopefully this can be the catalyst if we win this, granted I don't think Potter is for us long term but managers have to make their name somewhere, sadly we aren't used to that, we're used to the established elite tier, rightfully so.
