Atrocious tonight. Likes of him, Moises and Connor didn’t land a glove on any of the Arsenal midfielders.

Thank fuck this season’s nearly over. This guy needs a reality check. As do most of the squad.

If we put him up for sale he’d probably end up at the likes of Juventus or Barcelona , more than can be said for the other donkeys who’d end up at palace or West Ham

he needs a good coach who can set a team up and midfield teammates who aren’t complete aids like Gallagher and caicedo

no coincidence he looked better last season with kovacic and Kante

This guy was brutal last night, and not enough is spoken about how average he has been this season.

I;m actually not sure what he is meant to do or what he does really well

Agreed he has had a dreadful season, compared to the standard we were expecting at least.

It is said though that he has a hernia problem and has been having injections before the games because the pain is so bad, and has been contemplating having surgery to get it sorted properly. If that is true then I would tell the lad at this point to just get it done and be ready for next year, and hope that was a large part of his decline from the player we bought.

I also think he has been misused and that ended up impacting his confidence, but that was partly his own fault as he actually asked to be used like that and said he could play further forward and contribute goals.

Because we are lucky to have him etc etc.

I think on an individual level, you could maybe sympathise with him if he was showing some quality and being let down by his team mates.

For me though, his general body language, competitiveness and intensity when he plays, particularly for a South American - notorious for being so competitive in their nature - is terrible.

Not sure why he thought he could play as a 10. Doesn’t score or get enough assists. He isn’t good enough without the ball to be a 6 either, players run past him for fun playing higher up yet alone closer to our own box!

Two french cb chikens, him and Mudryk are flops of the transfers

Enzo is not in that category. Not even close.

He showed his qualities here for example in through balls he is top5 in the league with Odegaard, Paqueta, Palmer and Bruno. Having 2 in top5 is great and something promising to build on. KDB and Bruno dominated this stats for years. Also with 7 goals this season he showed he could potentially become that double digits MFer we miss since Lamps. Like said already million times put typical DM like Rodri behind him and Gallagher that's a completely different team and would unlock them.

Joao Palhinha would of been the right move in the summer. £55-60m. Instead of Lavia and Ugo.

Him as a 6 with 2 of Enzo/Moises/Gallagher either side.

But a 3 of Lavia-Caicedo-Enzo would of “been one of the best in PL & Europe” and “Boehly had completed the transfer market” …..

I know some people will say Lavia is a top top player and be worth the money etc but he was never ready or what we needed. We needed proven quality. But Liverpool wanted him - although they ended up signing a 32 year old Japanese player nobody ever heard of instead who has probably played much much better than Lavia did last season - so we shit our pants and overpaid for a player we didn’t really need after signing Caicedo.

Caicedo was the big mistake because he has very little talent and 0 attributes/ scope for improvement.

lavia has ability and good potential so it made sense.

^^pahlinha for sure would have been excellent , unfortunately too old for the owners. Edson Alvarez or zubimendi might have worked better too

Caicedo signing has set us back many years unless we can offload him , will be a huge liability going forward and you can’t afford to have a rubbish midfield if you want to win anything

Feel like Enzo should've had this surgery a while ago. Not sure having him play at 50% was either good for his reputation or offered much more than blooding Casedei whilst he was out.

Hopefully the surgery will work and we get him back 100% for next season.

Yup it's what we thought.

The guy will come back and be a baller again.

As well the improvement in the team is down to Pochetino as he said. This is why I'm convinced that next season we will be much better.
