Tbf the whole team has been shit again this season, which always affects the individual performances as well. But that was the case for large parts of last season too and he still managed to shine then. While i still think he might turn it around again and become a star, i dont think he's as much a sure shot as i thought he was 12 months ago. how much do you attribute being on a not so top class team to this? Hard to say with any kind of confidence obviously, but the team has been really sloggish, which is certainly not a great environment to thrive in. As i said, i can still totally see him becoming a star in a better team, but yeah i feel a slight gamble is involved now.

Special Juan 28,335
Enzo was immaculate on Saturday- Wait until he gets some quality around him and our midfield will be lethal. He's a mentality monster this lad, doesn't give a fuck about the speed and physicality of the league, just goes about his business and does what he does best. What a player we have on our hands. Fernando, Vesper and kexik
NikkiCFC 8,462
Wonder why he pushed so hard for move to happen in January after 100m euros transfer was agreed but with him staying in Benfica for the rest of the season? They are going to win title and basically already in CL QF. He chose this shitshow instead. Zero wins in 4 games since he is here. Edited February 22, 2023 by NikkiCFC

The contract we handed him gives him lifelong security at age 21. also it appears to me that Boehly and Eghbali are more convincing when selling our project to players than to fans

But he was strongly against staying there for a couple of more months. It's not like Nkunku and Gusto are losing anything for staying in their clubs for a little longer.

Thor 2,775
All of the players we bought during the summer I'm super happy with. From an individual level, I think all have done well, including Enzo. Reality is - the team isn't set up right. Despite the results, not really upset at the fact we spent so much on him and the others as you can see it is all there from an individual standpoint. Just need a manager that can get these guys playing together.

Fernando 6,663
He was definitely worth the price we payed, this guy is insane. Jude is also as well, he has the tenacity and a sore loser. We need those type of players, who have the fire in them. Jude going to be hard, but let's see what we can do. For me midfield is key to dominating games, look how we improve with Kova and him. But then again Jude is a little different, he is more like the position that Gallagher and Mount play. So if we sell these two and get Jude that will be amazing. Edited March 9, 2023 by Fernando
