Not even overreacting or exaggerating, we made them look like the well oiled City side there. Passing rings around us with total comfort, pressing us so we didn’t have any flow to our passing, and easily winning the ball off us like a school bully taking some little nerds lunch money.

We made them look like i\they were in midseason form and this was our first game in 5 months.

What have we been doing in training everyday?!

TT probably thought Mount and Gallagher would make up for Jorginhos lack of combativeness. 

Gamble failed spectacularly. 

Solace is that he learned this in a friendly and not a match that matters.

Thiago Silva has a big contribution to the fact that we HAVE to play with a back five.

Him and Jorginho has to two of the slowest players in the league.

We are not made for 4 4 3 never have been since conte took over and left. 

I know its a friendly and all about minutes but this is the same as all of last season up front just clueless. I loved timo in germany but something has changed - he has lost it we have no cover up front - no forwarders who you think as soon as they get the ball something will happen.

You are very naive if you think its to do with conditioning or fitness.

They just have much better quality on the pitch.

Both goals have come from the area - right CB/RB. Our midfield should have done better, but they have players behind them to try and bail them out.

Wasn’t talking about fitness. I mean with the sharpness of our passing and attacking patterns of play. They look like they’ve been working on those things for months whereas our players look like strangers who have never played before.

Yes that's right, but that CB/RB area was perpetually exposed. Because we couldn't hold on to possession for long nor could we break up their play in the middle.

Anyway it's been poor all over the pitch. No point in nitpicking.

Werner would never be able to pass a first time ball.

Jorginho needs four touches to release as well.

If I ask you to choose ten players out of the twenty who started the game for your team, I reckon you pick 7-8 Arsenal players.
