It may be because the club want a new CM. If they do that, he or Jorgi may be vulnerable as they could end up 4th choice. Furthermore, if TT/the club want Billy to stay, that may also cause issues. 

However, I don't believe that would happen. Additionally, if Kovacic was included it would virtually be a straight swap. Absolute max would be Kova and €5m.

It's a laughable suggestion (not from you) because Tuchel clearly wants to add to the midfield and not sell one to buy one. And Gilmour is likely to leave on loan.

Lazio are pursuing a loan deal for Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga that will see them pay 50% of his wages.

AC Milan and Olivier Giroud have reached a verbal agreement, it’s now up to the striker to convince #Chelsea to let him leave on a free transfer. (

So  Giroud , Kepa , Tomori , Abraham , Barkley , Caballero , Loftus-Cheek and  Emerson will leave Chelsea . 

 

Potential NEW :  Hakimi , ST , Backup GK ,  Backup LB/LWB   , Winger /if Zieych leave

Palace want Connor Gallagher for 15 mil.

Have to be honest and say I don't think Gallagher looks close to being good enough for our first team, so I don't see any point in keeping him here. A club the level of Palace would be a good move for him.

Contract until 2025 and slowly but surely increasing his value with good performances out on loan, so why would he be sold?

I have no idea if he'll ever be good enough to take on a role at Chelsea but I think selling this year would be a mistake because even if he ends up sold later he can easily fetch a lot more than £15M.

I'd rather we start thinking out our loan army of players who look well short of the level we need and make room for new players to come in.

Connor really looked a very average player in a team that got relegated, so imho he's one of those we should be moving on. 15 mil is a decent price for him.
