Pizy 19,045
João Pedro is an interesting player and would be an interesting signing. But again I say like I have before, he’d be another underwhelming target compared to some of the others we’ve been linked with. And with Delap and Jackson here I’m not entirely sure what his role is and for £60m that’s insane to say. I’d rather have Kudus as the maverick, versatile attacker if that’s what we’re after. Special Juan 28,382
I think if Pedro comes in we let Jackson go. I like Pedro, he's a good footballer and even bigger shithouse Reddish-Blue and mkh 1
mkh 651
If Chelsea sign Joao Pedro, that's it for N.Jackson at Chelsea. The signing of H.Ekitike would also be a thing of the past. By the way, Joao Pedro prefers Chelsea to Newcastle United!!!
Special Juan 28,382
We can go toe to toe with Newcastle for him, they need to watch out what they spend, and I bet we get to the 60M with either 45 plus 15 add ons or 50 and 10 mkh

Pizy 19,045
Is swapping out Jackson for João Pedro an upgrade if that’s what happens? I don’t think it is. Pretty like for like quality wise in my opinion. mkh

mkh 651
It looks like Chelsea are missing out on M.Rogers and H.Ekitike due to high transfer fees and instead of plan A - they want to sign plan B players M.Kudus and J.Pedro!!!!

And Joao Pedro is added as the player to play at 10 I’d be massively underwhelmed if that turns out to be the case. If Palmer needs to be rotated I’d want to see Estevão given a shot at #10. Or if we’re looking to sign a new player for that area why not get a more natural creator? Idk, João Pedro just does nothing for me at the moment. Big time wait and see type of player. Though I must say if Eddie Howe really fancies him there’s a great chance he can become a top player. Howe seems to hit on almost all of the players he fancies and recruits. He really isn't, he is an outstanding footballer, he is a superb dribbler, poseses pace and strength and can play as a 10 or wide. Bloke has been in a bog standard WHU side trying to pull their pants up all season playing under Graham Potter. mkh 651
Chelsea are exploring the option of signing 2 attackers this summer! Signing a versatile forward is seen as a lesser priority but would be done in conjunction with any potential sale of Nkunku, with Joao Pedro & Hugo Ekitike among options considered.
