Well, court is the one to judge, but I'll just note that Mendy's case was way more complicated and nuanced, than usual false accusation for quick cash - can't find any good breakdown of the case, but seems like there was multiple accusations from what turned out to be a group that knows each other and was ruled false, but there was also like two other, that jury had trouble to decide on that easily, so it had to be based on something. Reports of covid parties, booze and substances in some mansion… this kind of cases is usually difficult, painful, not obvious and mean being submerge chin-high in shit.

And on topic - Cherki was considered having "exciting career awaiting him" since like FM19. How long should we wait until something to back this excitement?

Btw that's something what bothers me since the CHO allegations - I'm aware footballers often aren't the brightest eggs in the basket, but knowing how the word is and that they are public figures, why the hell do they engage in random sexual activity with random people they can't really trust and that often scream trouble from miles ahead, without clear consent and often involving substances. Geezus, shot yourself some bromium or go for running session if you can't freaking control yourself in manner that enables you not to destroy your career/life. Doubt this stuff was ever worth it. And of how many cases of blackmailing etc we don't publicly know?

They were top6 last season. If you look table last half season only City won more points. Top4 in last 25 games of 38. Basically with Emery they are there. Pau Torres, Tielemans and Diaby. They strengthen every line with 3 great players for just around 70-75m pounds.

Yes, but they now have Emery’s favorite competition to contend with which he will obviously take VERY seriously. They will be very solid, no doubt, but they’ll have a real juggling act to maintain their levels in so many competitions. Clubs that overachieve like they did tend to struggle the next season when they have Europa League football.

I also always feel empty after one night stand.

Brighton again - some rants on here incoming lol

The fact no PL club - particularly United, Spurs and us - who needed new number 1s pursued him says enough for me.

He got dislodged by Jason Steele for whatever reason, be it kicking, shot stopping or whatever so we should be very wary.

Who the hell in Spain is he going to end up at? Wont be Barca, Real or Atletico. Valencia maybe if they sell their GK?

Emery's football isn't sustainable over a period of time though.

We saw it at Arsenal, soon as his teams go 1 up they surrender any initiative and control and his teams are not defensively coached well enough for that.

I have zero sympathy for her, if he's innocent or not, if he's not innocent and got back with him and had a child with him then she's a moron.

I don't typically comment on shit like this - and I don't mean this in an offensive way because I don't know you - but this is spoken like a true asshat.

I see this written a lot about women getting back with abusive men - and especially when they are famous and rich, young men rag on these women saying it is because of the money, and they are just gold diggers, etc.

If you do some research you'll see the amount that go back, whether their husband is rich or not. These women are abused, mentally broken at times, and fearful. If someone is so afraid and broken that they can't leave something they know is bad for them, it is the moment you should have the most empathy and understanding.

I say this as a matter of fact, no nonsense kinda guy who typically gets accused of being too facts/data driven. Anyway - back to Chelsea transfers - and calling you an asshat was meant in the Australian banter way. Much love.

In most cases yes, in this case absolutely not.

This is an opinion on a specific case not the entire of domestic abuse cases to have ever been.

If you want my exact views on to why, DM me and I'll be more than happy to tell you exactly why this is my opinion on this specific case.
