It's all on us now this, he has wanted us all summer and we have wanted him. The agreement is in place with us, they want 65ME that figure surely isn't an issue

mkh 649
Chelsea are also working on a move for Fermin Lopez! Garnacho and Lopez are viewed as bigger priorities than the RB Leipzig midfielder Xavi Simons, who has emerged as a target for Tottenham. chelsea_4_eva 1,185
Yup, seems like we are more interested in Fermin than Xavi and now with Spurs in the mix... will be an interesting couple of days...
Pizy 19,016
Unless it comes out that Fermín is like £20m cheaper than Xavi it makes no sense to go for him instead. Xavi has been desperate to join us all summer and we have terms in place. To walk away now when he is in London forcing things would be crazy. Special Juan 28,325
The good thing about all this, there is hardly any time left now so kicking tyres is pointless. The next 24/48 hours is going to go off it

I thought Fermin was like 70 million, Simons was supposed to be 60-65 million. Would hate to see Simons at Spurs, he's waited for our offer for most of the summer.
