🔴Unfortunately, I think Murillo, Guehi and Hato are too small to play in our central defense.

🔴Hincapie,Gila and Lukeba are also not much taller than the others.

🔵Players that Chelsea could sign who are physically robust and tall.

-Ryan Flamingo Right-footed (187 cm)

-Callum Doyle Left-footed City Youth (190 cm)

-Aymeric Laporte Left-footed (191 cm)

-El Chadaille Bitshiabu Left-footed (196 cm)

-Alexsandro Ribeiro Ambidextrous (191 cm)

-Taylor Harwood-Bellis Right-footed (188 cm) City Youth

-Maxime Estève Left-footed (193 cm)

-Maxence Lacroix Right-footed (190 cm)

-Konstantinos Koulierakis Left-footed (188 cm)

-Lucas Beraldo Left-footed (186 cm)

-Loïc Badé Right-footed (191 cm) Shortly before moving to Leverkusen

-Nathan Collins Right-footed (193 cm)

-Joel Ordóñez Right-footed (188 cm)

-Zeno Debast right-footed (191 cm)

-António Silva right-footed (187 cm)

-Jan Paul van Hecke right-footed (189 cm)

-Tomás Araújo right-footed (187 cm)

-Giorgio Scalvini right-footed (194 cm) Unrealistic was injured for the entire last season

-Yann Bisseck right-footed (196 cm)

-Gonçalo Inácio left-footed (186 cm)

-Ousmane Diomande right-footed (190 cm)

-Bremer right-footed (188 cm) Unrealistic was injured for the entire last season

-Jarrad Branthwaite left-footed (195 cm) Unrealistic Has a new contract until 2030

-Alessandro Bastoni left-footed (190 cm) Unrealistic

It's looking like we going back to the back 3 with Cucu/Hato/James being used as the inverted FB at different times.so could see smaller CB's being used in that and being fine in open play.on corners and free kicks though we looking at a couple of defenders, our keeper,Palmer and Pedro/Delap being our only tall players so it's not ideal.we do kinda miss having height in other positions like we used to have.

Are people just forgetting Anselmino is here and fit?

There was a lot of promise surrounding him prior to signing, so why not use him?

Chelsea will only sign Alejandro Garnacho AND Xavi Simons if at least two first-team forwards leave before the window closes.

Christopher Nkunku, Nicolas Jackson and Tyrique George could all move and incomings are exit dependent.

In addition, Chelsea would like to transfer David Datro Fofana, Raheem Sterling, and Carney Chukwuemeka.

Tbh, I understand Maresca pov but I also understand board pov

Its a complicated situation. Of we buy another defender, we will be overload and we have a achepomg raise and hato that can also play as a center back

Who we have now?

Disasi - sell

Bad - sell

Colwill - injured

Tosin - will start

Chalobah - will start

Fofana - can't play more than 1 game in a season

I understand the conflict. Maresca is looking at this season, his job depends upon it. The board is focusing on big picture over the next few seasons. Personally I think we're more likely to recall Sarr, rather than buy a new central defender.

Today's game shows that Newcastle and Villa need new striker. Desperately.

Aston Villa signed a Guessand for 30M.

He was going to debut Today but because of Konsas red card he stayed on bench, but he will be great I think.
