Players always look at these rankings. It might not be their primary reason or close to it, but the more positive things about your club a player sees over time, the more your club has value to them. Players are probably still being critical of what the club and its ambition are post Roman. This is one more thing that helps them see we are trending up.

Villa missing out on UCL could really play into our favor. Relationship between the clubs should be pretty good since we’ve already done multiple deals with them recently. Us getting Rogers and sending them one of our unneeded players would be perfect.

I was watching the F1 race this morning where the England squad were guests of McLaren. Guess who Palmer was shown on camera hanging out with? His best mate Morgan Rogers… 👀

It seems like Rodrygo is staying after talks with Alonso.

Rogers is certainly my first choice. His rise from playing at Middlesborough to staring in the CL is something noteworthy.

Gittens is perhaps the most overrated player in Europe. Anyone thinking he is an answer to anything is on crack. Garnacho (who I think is fairly average) is leagues above that guy. Dortmund can't wait to take any decent offer - hence him being prostituted via the media - and some people cannot wait to swallow. Absolute joke.

I get the feeling that we are getting a United player in this transfer window....there's been rumors with both Garnacho and Mainoo...
