Every chance now that the Gallagher deal collapses imo

Maybe. You would think that there is another PL club that would take him if this one collapses. I think this fecks AM more than us. No way do they find another team paying £35m for Samu, at which point the Alverez deal probably falls apart. That is a much bigger blow.

Good price for him.

Doesn't make sense for that amount, unless all Chelsea is looking to do is just seal a deal with Athletico.

Felix is a completely different player profile to Samu, and while he might be better on the ball, isn't the end objective to get a player with actual end product?

Granted Samu might never have got there, but the next option is Felix? Are they that desperate to get rid of Gallagher?

Seems like a scattergun approach at this point.

How is Jackson a big question mark at this level scoring 14 goals in his first season, and being someone who significantly helps in the build up of our attack?

*the kid* (Guiu), which means we've only got Jackson.

And no target man in situations where we may need one.

It is a scattergun approach. Anyone still buying into some great plan the owners have devised is going to come around to this soon.

but just imagine having felix on sterling spot, i still prefer sterling over pedro neto, mudryk, jackson or any other player for LW

Felix could offer some solution to break tough defense setup than any other player, bar palmer

but this one seems too much and some player will not get enough minutes

jackson/guiu

felix/neto/sterling - nkunku/palmer/felix/ palmer/neto/madueke

1. How to fail medical at Chelsea? There must be some other big issue, esp. that journous don't really point to medical.

2. When Felix was leaving there was rather universal opinion that he is super nice lad, but useless for Chelsea and must go. Now suddenly he is great deal again and after two invisible seasons in Spain he will be super useful when we have 10 other players on his position and/or expect him to perform better when played out of position? Not only our owners seem to have ultra short memory.
And for 32836 time - personally I don't care about highlights and stats from Serie A or La Liga. Cool to be great attacker when things are happening slow motion around you, but it doesn't translate to PL for a smallest bit. Just stop buying million random players for sake of it. Maybe give Saul a call once again, surely it's gonna work this time.

Should of been from fucking first day of the window if we were wanting a CF.

Felix would be a bad move. Not cut out for the PL. made the mistake of paying a fortune for him once on loan, don’t do it again.

This is what really pisses me off, we go into every season now like we are fighting for transfers and players like Osimhen etc should have been the clear plan from the start. I know it all doesn't work out as cut and dry as this but once again we have a bloated squad and have players that shouldn't be here still loitering around the club like a bad smell.

This week surely has to be the week we see some serious outgoing movement

Yet some people think Clearlake and the sporting directors are competent and willing to give them chance after chance….

As per FIFA rules on loans we can have a maximum of 6 player out on loan during a season. Players who are HG AND u21 don't count.

So currently we have Wiley, Santos, Slonina and Anselmino out. That leaves only two free spaces. We have to sell and other clubs know it, which will make it a bit harder to extract max price.

As for the Osimhen deal we could have gotten him for 85-90 mil a month ago. That would have been extremely stupid. At the moment we can put pressure on both Victor and Napoli. Hope it all works out in the end. KTBFFH!

So I wake up to now see the journalists being briefed that the Omorodion deal ISN’T actually competently dead?

Damnit. Shouldn’t have gotten too excited. 😞

Fabrizio has said 100% off. Ornstein also said something to that effect

Like someone mentioned above - the cost was minimum 85-90m if that was the case.

Yes, but they haven’t said anything about the situation since those initial tweets last night. I just saw Ben Jacobs and Nizaar both tweet at the same time that Omorodion is still unlikely but not dead. That says to me that they’ve been told by someone who would know.

We all await another Ornstein bomb, I guess. But I’m now expecting “after further working on terms, Chelsea and Omorodion have come to an agreement.”
