sterling is better than mudryk

to get top4 I rather keep sterling than mudryk, tbh

so..

nkunku, sterling, mudryk, madueke, palmer and pedro neto

am I missing something?

Why would we need to keep Mudryk if we sell Sterling. You really think Sterling is playing at £300k a week level? If you pay those wages, you expect dominant. Sterling is good sometimes.

Eh. For me, Calafiori doesn’t look like the dominant, commanding CB who settles a whole defense. That’s what Saliba is for them. We need that Saliba type as I think Colwill can be our Calafiori as LCB.

Jean-Clair Todibo: West Ham agree £34m deal with Nice to sign defender

Todibo to join West Ham after Juventus transfer collapses

West Ham had loan deal agreed with Nice earlier this summer for Jean-Clair Todibo with an option to buy but centre-back was believed to be waiting for Juventus; Italian side have been unable to reach agreement with Nice; Man Utd also keen but cannot trade with INEOS-owned Nice

Speaking of crazy fees, Spuds are about to pay £60m for Dom Solanke. Absolutely bang average player.

Spurs agree £65m deal for Bournemouth's Solanke

Insane money for a pure penalty box only finisher. You can go outside of the PL and get someone with Solanke’s characteristics for a fraction of this price. I’d be incredibly pissed off if we spent this much on him. He’ll probably do pretty well for them but still, crazy money.

I think Nkunku, Neto, Palmer and Jackson all start.

May not be advisable to start such an attacking team when our defense is currently struggling. I think all 3 of Caicedo, Enzo, and Lavia need to start and we pack the midfield for more security.

He’s had repeated hamstring injuries last season. Big knee and knee in separate seasons too. All whilst at Wolves. He’s easily missed like 100 games in 5 seasons. £54m too. 3 goals and 11 assists. Lost the plot.

Signed another fucking GK too. 8th one on the books no clue who’s better than who, have a starting 11 of GKs soon.

I am just raging we bought this forever-injured Neto.

I cannot take much more of this bollocks from these fucking hedge fund wanker bankers

it is just beyond the pale that we have passed up so many better players and mostly just bought dross and/or extremely young crap shoot youngters by the buketload

all the time seeing the absolute shitshow at CB and doing nothing to fix it, fix the mess the fuckers made themselves

lol, less dosh for an actual class defender than we paid for dregs Badi, Disaster, and the worst CB buy in Chels history, Fofane for 75m quid

How is it that Chelsea missed the one good CB from the French League.....and decided to invest into Badi/Disasi  🤬

We just spent 35 million on a Spanish kid who hasn't proven anything yet.   Solanke's price tag is high but he was solid last season and would have been a good addition to most of the teams fighting for top 6 (with the exception of City as they have the machine upfront).

We could have given Bournemouth their choice of Broja/Fofana/any other attacker in our 60 man squad as part of the Solanke deal 😆

Was hoping Mudryk goes but looks like Juve might come in for Raheem

The only way I see Mudryk going is if we somehow get De Zerbi to take him on loan at Marseille...(as he was one of the few coaches out there that was always a fan of his talent).

There are still about 20 outgoings that need to happen.

Kepa, Petrovic, Chalobah, Lukaku, Broja, D Fofana in sales

Acheampong, Humphreys, Wiley, Casadei, Kellyman, Angelo, few more in loans

and dead woods - Anjorin, Deivid, Moreira, Ugochukwu

If the £25m is true, Trevor is one of the biggest bargains in the market. His HG status alone makes him a bargain as a rotation option for most clubs. That is before we even get to him being better than a number of our current CB's.
