If City get Caicedo the league is even more done than it already has been. And as I’ve mentioned before, it would be really strange if they were willing to pay £90m for Rice, put an official bid in, and then just decided they didn’t want a midfielder at all.

Wouldn’t surprise me if they’ve been stealthily working on Caicedo for weeks. And that could explain why Caicedo hasn’t been pushing hard to join us and kicking up a fuss publicly. He could be waiting for City.

God help us if they get him and we end up with some bang average lump.

If so, then EPL is becoming Bundesliga with Shitty being Bayern. Can't wait for Pep to fuck off from EPL.

i trust them more than anyone.

Yup, like when people should have listened to us when we said Willian was pants, but pundits were creaming all over him and eventually Arsenal found out the hard way that we were right. If there is a strong unanimous reaction from fans, it shouldn't be disregarded.

Pool, Arse, and Manure fighting it out to see who is Dortmund

Brighton and NUFC and Villa (and us atm) fighting it out to see who is RB Leipzig

Brentford is Union Berlin

Fulham is (sort of) Freiburg

Spuds already are Neverkusen 🤡

Well looks that is Bloom and his team are doing good business with theirs teams. Union SG started season here with wins against Anderlecht and Standard with a new coach (3rd in 4 years) and again some new players. Selling the best ones every year but replacing with cheap alternatives who do also good but most of all, they fit their dna of how to play instant.

I don't see City buying Caicedo for £90m+. City, since Pep got there, only pay big bucks for players that are proven and even then typically strike deals that are fairly savvy. What they do, do however, is pay top bracket pay rates.

Caicedo doesn't have the track record for them to break out a £90m+ fee.

The only one you can argue is Dias and maybe some of the WB/FB's but I would argue Dias was more proven than Caicedo. As for the WB/FB's, Pep has always had a bit of a fetish for them.

25 MOST VALUABLE TEAMS IN THE WORLD

Wow Arsenal completely bloated both in valuation as well as in squad size. Players at Chelsea somehow often get super early harsh downgrades (e.g. Enzo got lower valuation just weeks after joining us despite fulfilling expectations). German players tend to be overvalued with tm home bias.
