Selling the best ones every year but replacing with cheap alternatives who do also good but most of all, they fit their dna of how to play instant. City, since Pep got there, only pay big bucks for players that are proven and even then typically strike deals that are fairly savvy. What they do, do however, is pay top bracket pay rates.
