I'm sure Frank would be delighted to have him as an option but we've reportedly been interested in him long before Frank was appointed. It's clear as day that Lampard has no faith in Giroud and very little in Bats which is leaving us incredibly thin up front, as if Tammy were to go down injured we'd have big problems. AC Milan are considering turning their attentions to Chelsea defender Andreas Christensen if the Blues indicate they are willing to do business this month. And sign Sancho, Werner etc There might not even be 150m for this window - there is no solid proof of that. It's January, no world class, elite players will move this window. Much as we all wanted Werner, and that lot I think we need to accept it's Zaha's, Ake's. Dembele's or even unknown left field signings. The Lyon president could very well be trying to bump up the price as he's done before, but he once again just said Dembele won't be sold. The price for Zaha is well known and we could likely get him at any time. But the club must not fancy it because if we did we'd have signed him up immedietly after the window opened. He could've been here already helping the team. In typical Chelsea fashion I'm going to bet that we'll leave it 'til deadline day where we'll buy 1 good player and also make one panic buy, out of nowhere mediocre player. I kinda blame the many journalists for hyping up Chelsea fans by making it sound like we would aggressively attack the market as soon as we could. "Chelsea have a huuuuge transfer 'kitty' and have already earmarked 321 players that they'll go for!" In reality we don't appear close to signing anyone.
