Nothing. Defenders score for us anyway.

Still to big/strong guy who can only be replaced by CHO, Havertz, Ziyech or Pulisic. Meanwhile Azpilicueta is CB and Kante/Jorgi/Kova is CM. We can be in trouble when defending corners/free kicks.

Best possible time for injuries if you can say something like that. Next 5 games also easy opponents.

If those two are out for a few weeks, that leaves only Havertz, Mount, Ziyech and CHO essentially. 4 players for 3 positions? Or is Tuchel gonna compensate by going 3-5-2? There are also 5 games before the next international break. Would have to flog those fellas to death at this point.

A negative sure, but a positive is that we'll actually have attackers gaining some rhythm and sharpness by playing consecutive matches vs playing one and then dropped the next.

Only positive of those two injuries is that we should hopefully see much more fluidity and unpredictability with a bunch of midfielders playing across the attack.

Time for Havertz and Mount to really step up in particular since you know they’ll be the two nailed on to start in Rom’s absence. May also start to see RLC further forward.

Barkley and Loftus Cheek are both potential options to play the more advanced roles. It's not ideal but we just have to get on with it.

Was the starting XI a bit too strong for this fixture?

Can see why Tuchel wanted to take this seriously but on the flip side, he was complaining about the players playing too much yesterday and then what happened, happened.
