He did n't have good control of the ball. Tried in the end but the defender was covering.

Arsenal Mania 43 pages on this game. Page 9 is where the game begins with a little hope and they turn on their team by page 12. After page 15 I couldn’t take the whining anymore.

I had to go make sure I watched the same game as others. I did not find Sarr dreadful in defense. That said, he would get punished in the PL. He is undersized and does not anticipate the ball well so he does not get ahead of the attack and is defending moving back all the time.

Fired an effort into row Z, and then some, as the game drew to a conclusion. Not infamous for his finishing, but his defending was solid, and that's what he earns a wage for.

Even accounting for Werner's inconsistent first touches, this is such a stupid example to say we need a new striker. Players can make a poor first touch (or poor decision) at any time, even more so if it's just their first game back from the summer break where the sharpness isn't quite there yet. Better off just using the example where he should have scored a chance he got later on.

Werner was late like 3 seconds with a pass for the goal. 

Also I never noticed that we suffered defensively because of the wing back changes. Azpi/Chilwell or Puli/CHO or Alonso/James our defence is always granit. 

And for a team that has 65-70% possession in most games wing backs just have to track back a couple of times per game so it's not a big issue and it's better to have ones who can do damage in attack.

If it was Werner instead of Tammy with the Arsenal defense blunder forget the second goal.
We need a world class striker and the Haaland story is a dead story really.
