That's on Pulisic there. Played it way too late and on Werner's wrong foot. Timo should do better, yes, but that was poor from CP.

WTF am I reading? Pulisic did everything he could, he actually gave the ball to Timo infront of goal instead of outside of it. Any striker with a finishing ability would've scored that.

Torres wouldn't even get in the positions to miss those chances.

Strange as this will sound pre context Torres was actually pretty clinical when he got the chance, his issue was he was so shit tactically he won't often get them.

If Nando was genuinely a shit finisher he wouldn't have even made it to double figures for us.

I think it's hilarious some are blaming CP for Werner missing that open chance. He held it longer to draw the last defender even closer to him, yeah the pass wasn't pitch perfect but man that's an open chance a striker like Werner should be finishing...

Werner is waiting and waiting for the pass and Pulisic could've played him in 2 or 3 paces earlier than he did and onto his right foot. It was 100% not the ideal pass.

A fully sharp and confident Werner puts it away but that's still not a tap in.

Pulisic carried the ball for way too long and the pass to Werner was too quick and  to the wrong foot.He could have passed it to Timo 3 seconds earlier so that the German can actually use his pace.
