Not an easy deal this that's why, it will be finding an agreement on the structure of payments and how they will be paid. Not only that, but they have Europe league still to play and want Havertz to play.

Not only that, we can still do more than one deal at time and I bet the players identity process is well under way as we only have a very short time before the season kicks off.

If media reports are correct, and Havertz has made up his mind to join Chelsea, then Marina will try to make this a card she can play. Say no all along and hold firm to it then concede it right at the end in exchange for some helpful concession by Bayer. She'll try no doubt, but whether it will work is another thing.

Pretty damned annoying that we may have to wait until the end of August to find out whether we'll sign him. Which would mean barely any time at al for him to settle in before the new season starts. Plus hardly any holiday.

We all just assumed that United wouldn't be able to afford another massive signing after splurging on Sancho, but that was becasue everyone also assumed Dortmund would only accept a lump sum of 100m+.

If Dortmund will now accept payment in installments over 2-3 years what's to stop them from going after Havertz now? 😰😰😰

Anyone genuinely surprised Sancho will sign for United before Havertz coming to Chelsea? We're talking here about the same woman who thinks he is better than a man and fucked up the deals for Allison or Sandro, this woman shouldn't be underestimated she has butchered deals before with her dumb penny pinching, I wouldn't be surprised one bit if this collapses. The Europa League bullshit makes no difference had we completed it before, it's all down to this incredibly daft woman pretending to save a few millions. She gets praised for completing the Ziyech and Werner deals yet did fuck all expect paying the release clause, it was Lampard who convinced them but for some here genuinely think she is excellent, if it wasn't for her Allison would be here right now and we wouldn't even discuss the Kepa crap, but she wasted so much time on a few millions Liverpool came and got him.

I've read these allegations quite frequently on here. What I have not seen is any credible and convincing evidence to support them.

P.S. Quite apart from being in the dark regarding the facts of the failed Allison transfer, how can we know that his mistakes would not have been more regularly exposed behind Chelsea's defence? How can we know that Allison would not be coming under critical scrutiny right now if he had joined us?
