Yeah hope we got a decent loan fee , showed glimpses of real quality but alas was not consistent enough verging on horrible performances! The hunt for the new Lampard-Kante-Essien perfect midfielder goes on !

well if Jorginho - Kovacic - Kante clicks really well we wont need to wait that long

€40m option to buy? Daaaamn, that's awesome... But I'm wary whether they are willing to pay it once they see how useless he really is.

if he clicks there and comes good then who knows? i wouldnt mind having a much improved Bakayoko back here to be honest, i know its a big ask and people will laugh at me for this, i still have faith in him despite everything. In the mean time it will be good for Baka to get playing time in Milan and restore his confidence, unfortunately it didnt work out here, turbulent start to last season and all that, its a shame because he actually looked good for Monaco and i wanted him to do good for us, but right now this is the best move for him, at least he wont rot here on the bench and stain his development, and if Milan end up wanting him for good then accept it. Good luck Bakayoko and all the best.

I noticed against huddersfield Kante was getting into the box alot sarri could push Kante into the next level and make him into a even better player the only problem with  Jorginho - Kovacic - Kante is they are not strong in the air

I think Baka could do well in the serie A cause the football is slow and you have more time on the ball aswell

thats true but as long as they keep the ball on the ground more often that wont be an issue long term, but i get what you're saying, we always had tall players in midfield, this a new time of change.

Yeah but I think Sarri after the game that we ain't a physical side...but I believe as an Italian that understands and values the need for tactical aspect of the game...they works on physical aspect of the game...cos in premier league most midtable to lower teams will always frustrate the hell outta of you by going really hard and physical against you...

The thuggish physical tactics are slowly dying a death in the PL, out of the 6 teams that have come up in the last two seasons only Cardiff really fall into that category and even they will likely tone it down once Warnock gets the boot.

Yeah true but again, some games that sort of more physical powerful player would be useful (obviously if he had the technical side too), Pogba overrated maybe but he has that good blend of physical and technical qualities. Liverpool have Fabinho as well who has that sort of mix. It would be helpful in some games. Even your European games your Atletico Madrids, Bayern Munichs, all those teams have got a bit of that. The newly promoted teams are all changing too but there will be some games where its a bit of a scrap and having somebody who is a bit bigger and bit stronger as well as good enough with the ball etc would help.

What's the point including a 'to buy option' at the end of this loan. Nobody in their right mind is going to buy this donkey.

Don't sell him, people moan. Set ourselves up with the potential to sell, people also moan.

BUT what IF he does well and the club decide to give him another opportunity?

We have Jorginho, RLC, Barkley, (maybe) Kovačić and FUCKIN NGOLO KANTE, all better than him for our system no matter how he does there. :D

Milan have shitty midfield, he will play there for sure.
