Popular Post! Jype 6,398 Posted July 29, 2018 Popular Post! Share Posted July 29, 2018 José Mourinho on Anthony Martial: “He has the baby and after the baby is born - beautiful baby, full of health, thank god - he should be here and he is not here” Jürgen Klopp on Nathaniel Clyne: “We have exchanged messages and I've seen a picture. A little Clyney! The baby will keep him busy for a few days and then he will start training again, all good. There are more important things in life than football and babies are definitely one of them.“ The difference in man management skills of these two managers is incredible, no wonder Liverpool players give everything they have to their manager whereas Mourinho constantly has fires to put out after falling out with someone again. OneMoSalah 8,886
He’s always been successful in terms of winning trophies regardless of circumstances over the years etc but his man management skills have really gone to shit. People like Klopp, Pochettino, Guardiola, Zidane.. more modern day managers have moved the goalposts in that regard in my eyes. Or Mourinho has just gotten even more bitter, which could be true, but even then he was always shrewd or a bit ruthless in that way. I remember JT and Lamps and everyone else like Didier, Essien etc having such a high opinion of him as a man manager but think now a days if they were thrown into his squad it would be a different story. manpe 10,861
He is embarrassing. How should those youngsters feel now after what he said? He has also managed to already criticize Pogba, who is on holiday and Valencia for holidaying too much (but came back). Then saying he would not pay to see this shit football they are playing in US. The man is all about negativity now, the 3rd season syndrome has kicked in full force. A bit of interesting reading: The relationship between Mourinho and Man Utd is broken Unionjack
DDA 9,949
I want to like him, I really do. For what he achieved here and the feelings he gave us but I just can't stand the guy. He is an absolute cretin of the highest order. He must question the man in the mirror every night before he goes to bed and ask, where did it all go soo wrong. He could have been the greatest manager of all time. Instead his ego prevents his adaptability. All the greatest managers must adapt to secure longevity in an ever transforming sport. Jose remains an arrogant little old man. Unionjack

Iggy Doonican 4,186
Maureen is doing his usual scorched earth policy he does it everywhere he goes. He knows he's fucked City are miles ahead of them and they are in a fight for a top four position so what does he do he starts blaming the players exactly what he did at Chelsea, He'll be gone very soon Pep (another slimy prick) has completely overshadowed him and Mourinho just can't accept being second best. Look at Pogba and Sanchez world class players at Juve and Arsenal utterly average playing for him. He's asking for Woodward to sack him he knows the writing is on the wall he'll get his compo and that's the last we will see of him on these shores thank fuck. He's also without Rui Faria for the first time and as regards to last season I think Conte missed Steve Holland massively. manpe, Unionjack, Vesper and 1 other

Well, he needs to hold on for a window or 2 and convince the club to sell some promising youngsters. C'mon Jose, I know you can do it. But I guess we will never know. I still think Shitty is insane to not snap up a DMF. Fernandinho will be 34 next spring, and they have ZERO real backup. Interesting stat... other than Fernandinho, there literally is not a single world class DMF on the planet over 30 years old. None. Lucas Biglia of AC Milan (32, 33 in January) is the only one even remotely close, and I dont rate him at all. He has rapidly declined over last 2 years. It is probably (except for maybe a wingback who also has, if their manager's demands, a big defensive role as well) the most brutal position to play well on the pitch.
