Iggy Doonican 4,187
I'm legitimately shocked that neither you nor lionsden have made a "MOURINHO OUT, KLOPP IN!" thread yet.You both seem to despise and moan about everything he does.Bristol City used to have a manager called Alan Dicks. The team were going through a bad run and without the slightest bit of irony the fans used to shout ''Dicks Out''. darrus and Sheva.
iseah100 5,612
Why is City not a good job? They have more money then Dortmund and he did great with a small budget.Despite the sanction this should be a big step up.Not to mention that City is spending big on youth system.Instability, FFP, aging squad, no CL possibly. Fernando 6,743
Instability, FFP, aging squad, no CL possibly.Instability?Shoot that's normal at clubs with high expectancy, look at Chelsea.FFP, no real problem really as long as UEFA continues to let them have their sponsorship deal. Not to mention they can only spend up 50 million, which is not that bad.Aging squad true but that's why you hired someone like him to freshen the squad. And no CL, I doubt it. They will make it by the skin of their teeth like it happen to us two seasons ago with Benitez.

He build that squad and made them competitive for a couple of years. The great SAF said once that a team life is about 5 years. Pretty much in par with this one and it was a beauty to behold. Pretty much in par with this one and it was a beauty to behold. And Pellegrini took 2 minor teams in Spain in great campaings in the CHampions League, one day Benitez won La Liga, Kloop one day won the German League and was in a final of the CHampions League and this season was half the season in the relegation spots (and witout Reus I think he would have a problem to leave those situation).Mourinho one day won the Champions League with Porto a much more impressive moment in the history of football than any of the others... still there are people who think he lost it... on the other hand a coach that almost put Dormund in the second division is incredible.Kloop did a marvelous job, is a great coach but let's see what he can do in another kind of team.I think City is now the most difficult team to coach because they eill need to change completely their team in the next 2 or 3 years. Maybe they can spend money. but Arsenal, CHalsea (I hope so), and United will have a lot of money to spend.
hamad138 190
Also he was 7 years at dortmund and his best players were getting buyed out each saison. This year its hummels and gundogan, I would be pissed as a manager
didierforever 7,349
What you guys think about the potential about Klopp going to city?Klopp leaving this summer and Pellegrini a dead man walking.High chances of that happening me thinks.would be a match made in heaven i read a stat somewhere that just 2 of city's outfield 10 were under 31. thats a massive makeover required. klopp would be a really good man for the job there. infact klopp+money scares me a little.hopefully RM go trophyless and sack carlo and buy klopp Fernando

Popular Post! MrExcalibur100 7,124 Posted April 15, 2015 Popular Post! Share Posted April 15, 2015 PSG are getting absolutely annihilated. Yes, we aren't Barcelona, but the manner in which we played in the 1st leg was terrible. Maybe if we took the game to them, we could have gotten a win. And don't even get me started on the 2nd leg. PSG aren't a great team. We made them look better than they actually were.Tactically, it was a very poor performance by Mourinho in both legs. The guy is too much of a fundamentalist to his system. But at least he has a system. What is Mourinho's system in big games? In all seriousness now, I'm asking a honest question. Whatever "system" it is, it doesn't befit a big team like Chelsea. Anytime I remember the way we played in the 1st leg, it makes me sad inside. lionsden
