The governing body has yet to come to a decision however on whether the Chelsea manager should face further action after he was sent to the stands by Foy towards the end of the match at Aston Villa on Saturday.

1. mou said nothing about foy so no reason to charge him.

2. just quoted the remaining problem for mou.

Well, he did. Nothing harmful or OTT but he did and we know the FA are usually pretty touchy with any comments made about referees, them etc these days.

Seems like Mourinho is still annoyed with Chris Foy. Fired a jab at him again after the game earlier..

The match was refereed by Felix Brych from Germany…
'I didn't like our two yellow cards but he had a very comfortable and solid performance,' noted the Chelsea manager. 'There was a beautiful tackle that Oscar did that with another referee would be a second yellow card, but this referee saw it perfectly.'

Jose Mourinho has been charged by The FA following his side’s game against Aston Villa on Saturday 15 March 2014

It is alleged the Chelsea manager’s behaviour in re-entering the field of play in or around the 90th minute of the fixture and approaching the Match Referee amounted to improper conduct.

Mourinho has until 6pm on 24 March 2014 to respond to the charge.

The English FA are so insecure and take every opportunity to like it is a well feared Organization that looks like it thinks it whats it's doing.

The FA are trying to act tough but they are so full of it.
