Payers like Ozil, Khedira and Di Maria were all around Oscar and Hazard's age when Mourinho brought them to Real Madrid, he was playing them ahead of much more experienced and established players, like Kaka, Lassana Diarra etc. Many people are starting to notice Rafael Varane, Mourinho brought him in when he was just 18 to play for the first team and has started him in all the important matches Real Madrid has played this year ahead of Pepe and sometimes Ramos. In one clasico he started both Morata and Varane, their average age is just about 19!!!, it's a myth that Mourinho cannot work with young players, if you're good enough, you're old enough for him.
