It's not just any managerial job. Rafa wants a top club to manage. I am sure he won't go to blackburn or clubs like that. He wants to play in the CL and being associated with a big club. My guess is he is eyeing the Real Madrid job.

Also, yes he hates Mourinho but at the end of the day he is a professional. Who would want to be associated to a failure in their professional lives. No one. Same goes for Rafa, he is not bitter and he will make sure he does his best to impress other clubs.

I have a little problem with "Mata>Ozil".... Ozil is probably more talented, but imo Mata of this season is a better footballer than Ozil who is very inconsistent and not dominant enough. in general they are very very different CAM's, hard to judge.
