The Chels 2,502
One of Mourinho’s most pressing concerns is the fact that four of his ‘big’ players have all failed to produce their best form at the same time. Last season’s player of the year, Eden Hazard, right-back Branislav Ivanovic, Diego Costa and Cesc Fabregas have failed to make the same kind of devastating impact that saw Chelsea top the table for the whole of last season.Mourinho is trusting players with the ability and experience of Hazard, Ivanovic, Costa and Fabregas to find their own form.http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/teams/chelsea/11864969/Chelsea-ban-player-banter-in-bid-to-save-their-season.html Blue-in-me-Veins

They'd also say the Chelsea Flower Show was possibly the worse in 12 years especially the wallflower who when planted will just be ignored and walked by. Known as the Branislav Ivanovic . Blue_Fox_ 2,086
Dude! That's the whole fucking reason people are slating him!Because he isn't giving other players a chance when the ones he picks aren't fit to step on the pitch!!!His fucking stubbornness to change anything and blame luck is what is incensing everybody to be annoyed. This 'notion' that will we make Top4 is massively presumptuous - have you seen the table! Have you watched EVERY excruciating minute of our complete wank football this season?I don't think we are a shoo-in for Top4 at the minute - not even close - we're on mid table form right now.Just 'wow' this sense of entitlement that because we are Chelsea we are guaranteed a top 4 spot. Life don't work like that and unless something drastic happens - I can't see us making it. Either Jose needs to change or Chelsea need to change Jose. There - I have said it. Happy to be quoted and ridiculed at the end of the season should I be proven incorrect. A little humiliation on a forum is a small price to pay for my team to finish in the Top 4....At the moment we won't even make it mid table but i think it impossible that we'll play this level of football for the whole season, we certainly have the players and manager to play better football and have a decent win streak somewhere during this season. I don't think we're going to finish outside top 4 because we have quality playrs that sooner or later will show up on the pitch, not just because we're chelsea. Fernando 6,743
The way our fans have turned on Mourinho already is utterly embarrassing. He's gone from The Father of Chelsea Football Club To A bigger mistake than AVB. Fucking bunch of wankers.. The lot of you.Just remember how many trophies he has won with us. Thanks! For the record I believe we will turn around and probably the end won't be as bad. However I seen enough to come to the realization that he is not a manager to keep for a long time. The whole 4 year extension is just ludicrous. He can't play attractive Fútbol. He is best with his 18 century Fútbol. Can't bring youth. He rather have patience on older player then younger players. And he's is too much of a controversy to make it worth it. We can do better with a much better attacking philosophy and youth development then this man. laura90
Iggy Doonican 4,187
The word banter should be banned. All i can think off when it's really cringey and forced is Question Of Sport especially from that nice middle class mockney Phil Tufnell. Blue_Fox_ 2,086
Calling all Chelsea fans wankers because they disagree with you nice one. You can't see the wood for the trees that's your problem son. At the moment Mourinho looks like a frustrated father who's watching his kids under 10 team getting soundly beaten every week. And instead of facing up to his own inadequacies he's looking for scapegoats to blame. It's not about having a different opinion than you or anyone else, it's about the huuuuuuggggeeee overreaction from everyone. It's like people are happy to see our team fail and they're bathing in their own perceived misery. I read the same 4-5 posts in this thread and others in the last few days, it's going in circles from days now. Meh, Hazard is not performing and yet i don't see anyone calling for his head. And no, this post is not aimed only at you, so you can keep the nationality stereotypes out of it, unlike the last time we had an exchange of "opinions"

If we want a manager that will be here for a decade and be a Ferguson-type manager, that's not going to be Mourinho, no matter what he says. We were lucky to get a point against Swansea, got utterly outclassed by Man City, Everton and even more embarrassing Crystal Palace so it's pretty hard to be positive at the moment squire. The Arsenal game and i honesty don't think it's hyperbole is make or break for Mourinho lose and i honestly think he's under severe pressure. If we do start struggling all this Mourinho's the best man for the job bollocks just doesn't wash. It's completely alien for him and the whole team to be struggling and i'm not sure his precious ego could take a mediocre season. But the biggest problem is not a lack of form with Hazard it's the whole fucking team. There's not a single player who's playing well there not just below par they look disinterested and completely burned out who's fault is that hmm you decide. zolayes and Muzchap

quickpassnmove 924
You guys have to agree that it is only reasonable to keep him here ATLEAST untill the end of this season ? (and IMO next season also even if we achieve nothing.)Do we really want this whole manager spinning door thing again ? If we part company with Jose it should only happen when we have a top manager lined up 100%. Pep, Klopp, Simeone.. If Mourinho's in charge and terrible form continues, will we ever see the youth start in the Prem this season or are Chelsea doomed to (desperately) look for CL spot with older players crapping out? ...or maybe we admit that we cannot ease into a CL spot like Arsenal does every year and we just play the young guys anyway. But do you honestly believe that the players and manager will perform like this for the whole season? I don't, it's an absurde thought for me. That's why for many of us holding responsible only the manager is absurd, he is certainly responsible for many things, but all of them? Calling for his head after 5 games after a double winning season is moronic. I do get it that you and many others don't like him, he's not a character that everyone will love, but like it or not he's our current manager, so maybe a bit of backing him wouldn't be that bad. If anything as you correctly pointed out if we'd sack the manager we'd have to sack half of our team because they can't be arsed to put a decent performance. quickpassnmove 924
This article says most of what needs to be said on CFC at the moment: http://www.espnfc.us/club/chelsea/363/blog/post/2612034/jose-mourinho-needs-to-make-change-if-chelsea-are-to-recovermeanwhile, the answer the Mirror's headline question: "Can Jose Mourinho find the answers to Chelsea's crisis and finally build himself a dynasty?"... is probably a resounding "no," but anything is possible ... I guess. Something other than just big money on superstars is needed this time.
