Our players on the pitch, they look like they don't have a clue what to do. The novelty of the Costa and Fabregas signings have worn off. There's a reason why he doesn't last more than 3 seasons at a club. Do we even practice organised attacks? That is practicing our build up play, combinations, stuff like that, when we have the ball? You see it in the teams managed by Guardiola, Bielsa, Rodgers, Wenger and Ferguson in his pomp. Mourinho's teams mostly rely on individual brilliance. And when that's impossible, they crumble. This is not a Chelsea forum, this seems more a like whine and moan forum. Big deal we lost, everyone loses at some time or the other. We lost last year too to Spurs, now what? Disband the team. He is asking for new player, perhaps he is not in control of everything.Because he isn't in control of transfers, he probably just give a list of players he wants to the board and they will try to get them. To sub your best central back and captain that has played all games last season for Zouma (nothing against him)? But our whole backline bar Azpilicueta has this problem. We can't attack well because they are too slow and stay too deep for us to press high and handle counterattacks. Sacking a manager who won you the league 3 league games ago is stupid. Whether he is Benitez or Mourinho.Perhaps you have a point, but football is dynamic. I have to remember you that PL is not a one month tournament like World Cup. The team won PL last season because of performance in the first half of the season. The team was in decline for the second half of the season. Arsenal scored more points and Manchester United scored almost the same amount of points as Chelsea.Perhaps its just me, but last season was one of the worst in PL in terms of quality of football. English clubs performance in Europe speaks loud. Arsenal, City and United were all strugling for different reasons, they were never consistent enough. The team only won 2 games out of 6 against top 4 teams. Years ago a team with such a record against top sides would never win the PL. Its almost safe to say the team faced no competition last season.For me, Mourinho's job in 2013/14 season was way better than in the last one, but in 2014 the team ended in 3rd.
