But really the team didn't click today and I always feel uneasy when we put in Mikel to hold on to a narrow lead (not slating Mikel) would rather look for that 2nd goal. Or at least if you want to defend a lead, don't keep losing possession and committing silly fouls.

Courtois kept us in it for as long as he could. MotM for me 100%. We had our chances, unfortunately we didnt take them. Still top of the table, still unbeaten and still the best!

Only really good player for Chelsea today were Matic, Willian and Courtois. Hazard didn't do nearly enough on the wing, Drogba despite the goal is still 36 years old and moves like a tank, Oscar didn't do much at all. The defense was mostly fine too, Luis not looking too good in a few moments going forward though.

Fabregas dissapointed, but Fellatio (easily Uniteds best player btw, are they done booing him yet?) marking was good on him all day and with the lack of speed with Drogba is made it a lot easier for the United defense to focus on Hazard and Willian that he couldn't get the passed to properly. Oh well, 1 point on City is decent, but it sucks the way it was lost.

Also this match just shows even more what I said since the beginning of the season. Chelsea doesn't have the depth needed for people to already congratulate Chelsea on the title. A few injuries and the team looks weak, a few more and there's very untested players being played like Ake will have to with both Ivan and Azpilicueta out. Should have kept Van Ginkel or Romeu.

2 points dropped today. We were underwhelming in the first half with Oscar, Willian and Fabregas especially (he was incredibly awful. just terrible) being poor. In the 2nd half, we completely dominated the game but lost control of it when Mourinho decided to bring on Mikel and we started to defend deep again. Somewhat similar to Man City away and Lampard's goal. I don't know what Jose is thinking of sometimes, trying to close down a team with a good attack and weak defense makes no sense.

Still, 6 points clear at the top, we open the gap even further so while I'm slightly disappointed we couldn't see it out, we are in a more dominant position at the top.

And if the premier league can't appoint a better ref than Dowd for such a big match, the joke's on their product.

Gutted we couldnt close the deal. But i felt that we were gonna draw, just had that feeling they would nick it as the game carried on. As per usual they were up for it, just watch them struggle with the rest of the league.

Only dropped points to Manc Clubs AWAY FROM HOME, and still put ourselves in position to grab all 3 pts from both games.

Cant be mad at the players, their human, mistakes happen, and its impossible to keep that level of urgency and ruthelessness for all 90mins.
