You think Remy's injury history starts this year? Brother....

I like Remy too but if we can upgrade we should do it.

Six injuries in seven years - none of which caused him to sit out for a significant amount of time - mean he's injury prone? Convincing...

Drogba was playing ahead of Remy on merit before Christmas.

Remy got injured vs Marinbor, Didier then scored 3 in a week and was on good form after that, as soon as that changed Remy was back at #2.

He did but no one had expected/thought Drogba would be second choice and Remy third when last season began.

Wow... in the last three years he's had reoccurring injuries that have forced him to miss

calf - 16 games

groin - 10 games

Would you call Costa injury prone? because in the last 3 yrs he's missed less games than Remy....

I guess a better question is what do you consider injury prone? I would think it would start with reoccurring injuries no?

Still only 6 injuries in 7 seven years and besides, there's a 20-month injury free period between the first and second groin and calf injuries. Hardly suffered them repeatedly.

Wouldn't even consider Costa to be injury prone.

What do I consider injury prone? The number of injuries suffered over the years/often picking up injuries - players like Carroll, Pato, Marin, Agger, Diaby etc. The severity of it can also be a factor.

okay clearly what you consider injury prone and what I do is in stark contrast. Diego Costa is DEF injury prone, I get nervous just watching him run at full speed.

It wouldn't make sense if he wants to move now imo. He already signed knowing he would be back up to Costa when he had loads of clubs wanting him last summer to be no.1 striker for them but he chose to come to us. Maybe he would of envisaged more starts but either way he contributed with goals in all competitions and knows Costa has injury problems and will definitely see game time. He may not like it but can see him staring out wide next season too. He will be a valuable member. I hope he has no intention of leaving.

It would make sense tbf, he's came here played a bit part but made a decent contribution winning a couple of medals then wants to go and play week in week out.

Infact I called it in January that the very scenario could play out, I hope im wrong tho.

Chelsea could demand anywhere between £15m-£20m for Remy, which would create a stumbling block for Palace. (Telegraph) #CFC #CPFC

Remy is unlikely to create a problem for Mourinho or #CFC, but simply wants to be confident that he will get an adequate chances (Telegraph)

With Euro 2016 approaching in his homeland, Remy also needs to be mindful of the need to play enough football (Telegraph) #CFC
