Popular Post! BlueLion. 21,491 Posted January 30, 2015 Popular Post! Share Posted January 30, 2015 The FA will make (another) exception for us.Terry proven not guilty in a court of law and still banned.Mourinho constantly hounded and goaded by the media and made an example of, whilst Wenger and Pellegrini can slag off who they want.Costa appeals his ban, you can't prove he means it - and the FA adds an extra two games to the ban, having sped up his hearing to make sure he can't play in the City game.CAMPAIGN AGAINST CHELSEA. BleedsBlue 1,549
its quite clear that the majority of the media and football association do not want us to win the league this year. This could have gone under the carpet like most other challenges made in the premier league but the Media just had to make a huge deal of it. Pacquiao 1,834
Are appeals taken to an independent panel or are they still dealt with by the FA?Panel of 3 former referee's, probably the same 3 who didn't think Yaya Toure's kick on Ricky van Wolfswinkel last season was worthy of a ban. DH1988 1,348
if the intent was so clear why have you still not explained why he 'clearly meant it'???What is there to explain? You can see on the video he clearly meant it but those with blue coloured eyes let alone tinted glasses will always try to back Costa like the Liverpool fans did with Suarez.Yawn. "My view of it was that Costa gets kicked a lot and actually his patience is to be admired in many, if not all, situations." Thought so.It's nothing to do with him being a Chelsea player, you simply can not prove any intent, if Costa stamped on him the same way Adebayor stamped on Van Persie I wouldn't be defending Costa, but in this incident what is clear is that, you simply cannot prove any intent, and in fact it's much easier to argue it was accidental, which I believe it was. Popular Post! xPetrCechx 13,571 Posted January 30, 2015 Popular Post! Share Posted January 30, 2015 Thierry Henry @ThierryHenry Costa was he lucky to stay on the field? Yes. But also Lucas & Henderson. Does he deserve to get banned retrospectively? Not in my opinion. Laugh1ngMan 393
The comments on here about Costa's step on Can's leg make me lose faith in a jury based justice system.Alot of people just don't seem to have any idea what constitutes 'proof' and 'clear intent' when i read people on here stating things like: "it's obviously clear when you look at the video he intended to 'stamp' on the leg"It just isn't.The only thing that video is proof of, is the fact that Costa is not that nice guy who goes out of his way to make sure he doesnt step on somebody by accident (AND THAT IS A BIG DIFFERENCE)And if i knew how to post a youtube video i would have posted that famous Randall badger video: 'He just doesn't give a shit' The Mak, MrExcalibur100, Madmax and 1 other
Popular Post! Liquidator 5,176 Posted January 30, 2015 Popular Post! Share Posted January 30, 2015 I'd love to discuss this with Stan Colleymore but unfortunately he blocked me over 2 years ago when he was having a heated discussion about diving with Hayley McQueen from sky sports news. I proceeded to butt in and tweet'Seems like you don't agree with her, Stan. Should probably beat her up like you did Ulrika.' Blocked He was blocking Chelsea fans last night faster than Ulrika could block his punches, the scumbag. dUMB, xPetrCechx, zolayes and 3 others
Liquidator 5,176
How can the ref have not seen it? It was by the dugout too so if he didn't see it then the fourth official or linesman would have. xPetrCechx and Muzchap

Muzchap 8,966
My problem is definitionSTAMP = deliberate action moving down intended to cause harmWhat I actually believe Diego did is STEPPED on the leg! There was NO STAMP.Yes it was stupid - but he DID NOT STAMPHE STEPPED onto Cams leg. And Oliver was right fucking there - and how he can claim he didn't see it is ridiculous Do I wish he hadn't stepped on Cam's leg - hell yes - but this trial by media needs to be STAMPED out - it's fucking disgraceful...As for people claiming its a stamp - please feel free to pop by my house and I will demonstrate the difference Liquidator and zolayes
