If I'm not mistaken it says there he has already agreed personal terms and taken a medical and that the only thing remaining is negotiating a few things between Barca and the player, my guess would be some loyalty bonuses etc.

Rumors is that Barcelona are looking to sell Fab for 33m, Sanchez for 25m, Alves+25m for Marquinhos while signing Cuadrado for 20-25m. Now I suppose it is none of our business but isn't that incredibly dumb? Signing some good winger for a world class winger you have just for sake of changing the team and the prices being paid too. Barcelona=sell cheap but always get ripped off. Over the years from the Ibra-Eto'o deal, that defender from Sharkta and now to this potentially.
