Polo7 3,496
We have 64 points and ten games remaining. 30 points available.City are on 58 with nine games remaining. 27 points available.85 points is their highest achievable tally. We need 22 points (7 wins, 1 draw, 2 defeats) from our last ten games to beat them to the title. Arsenal are on 57 with nine games remaining. 27 points available. 84 points is their highest achievable tally. We need 21 points (7 wins, 3 defeats) from our last ten games to beat them to the title. United are on 56 with nine games remaining. 27 points available. 83 points is their highest achievable tally. We need 20 points (6 wins, 2 draws, 2 defeats) from our last ten games to beat them to the title. 7 wins from 10. Our last ten games (five at home):Hull away - WINStoke home - WINQPR away - WINUnited home - DRAWArsenal away - DRAWLeicester away - WINPalace home - WINLiverpool home - DRAWWest Brom away - WINSunderland home - WINThat would give us 24 points. That would give us the title. Plus throw in the fact I am convinced we'll beat at least one of United or Liverpool at the Bridge. But my greatest confidence comes from the fact City still have to go to Old Trafford and White Hart Lane. They will not pick up maximum points. If they do, then fucking fair play. But it is totally in our hands and I am not panicking after a draw against a team in sixth that has only let in 21 goals all season. Can you imagine this place if we draw against Liverpool or United? Or heaven forbid lose against Arsenal. Oh god. Good post, puts things into perspective.
nadavTKL 1,787
Arsenal n city fans must be feeling confident a the moment.such a dire yet normal performance from usno, City fans thinks their team is horrible and only worrying about top 4. So congrats, a City fan is more rational than you...

Laylabelle 9,535
no, City fans thinks their team is horrible and only worrying about top 4. So congrats, a City fan is more rational than you...they are playing horrible but still only 6 behind despite loosing yesterday so small boost even if small.Win sat then pressures on us which we better respond to.Hull shouldn't be a problem n if turns out to be oh dear.qpr urgh tends to be a weird game for us. Bosnian Blue 2,471
It takes a miracle for us to bottle it, hopefully it doesn't happen. But I am still not convinced about this team and their mentality.

I can't remember there ever being an easy game in the prem. Chelsea always make things look hard, its the clubs DNA.

Jase 43,479
It would be a fucking travesty if we SOMEHOW allowed Arsenal and United to get into the title race!

Chelsea always make things look hard, its the clubs DNA.Couldn't agree more! And what's funny is that we dont even make it entertaining, like come from behind wins, or last-gasp-winners. We'll play like shit, and lose. And not just lose, but lose in the worst way imaginable (see PSG wednesday, not really a loss, but you get the point). Like losing to Sunderland at HOME,who were fighting the relegation battle..but then on the flip side, we'll go to Nou Camp and come from 2-0 down with 10 men! Or be up 2-0 against Napoli......but then concede, to have to force us to make it 3-1 and carry it into extra time before we eventually win it. Having said all that, we'll probably, no, we'll definitely find any way possible to try and win the title by 3/4 pts. because a 7/8 pts would just not be Chelsea like. didierforever 7,349
22 points out of 30 available. that should be our aim. or rather, our aim should be simple - WIN YOUR NEXT MATCH AGAINST HULL!!!!
Laylabelle 9,535
So the game in hand was just a rumor? "urgh"what no.however it's at the end of April so anything can happen between now and then and plus gotta win it.City could've been 8 behind n except 6.win sat and they're 3 with us playing on Sunday so chance still there even if slim.we had a 8 point gap before then suddenly found ourselves ahead on alphabet.Shouldnt happen n should be capable of getting results between now and then but way we're playing who knows.Need to stop this whole take a lead and sit back and let the other teams into it.Draw against Southampton is fine however anything less then a win Sunday then it's a worry

Muzchap 8,966
Utd have the tougher fixtures for sure, followed by Arsenal, City and then us - the QPR and Palace games are a concern.Spurs proved how shit they are yesterday and i can see City beating them I hope UTD turn it on against City and then dip in form against us Hopefully - Sunderland will already be relegated by the time we play them...
