No check the ; in the line-up. It's definitely 4-2-3-1 + Mourinho can always bring Hazard in at the end to replace Essien with Ramires then partnering up with Mikel.

When we played 4-3-3 you saw it with ; why would we play 4-3-3 against Derby anyways + we don't have lampard to advance forward. We should dominate possesion anyways, it just Mourinho punishing Schürrle and to a lesser extent Mata for their performance against Southampton.
