Peppen 934
Like Didier, Samuel seems to thrive in the big games. Well worth the reported wage fees, he is the best striker in our team BY FAR. Styles, Barbara and The Chels
Special Juan 28,765
His goal was sublime, and just proves more that he is far and away the best forward we have. Styles and Chelsea Legend 11
Jase 43,479
He'll hopefully make the home game on that estimate and Torres would have been selected for PSG away anyway.Maybe or maybe not. At least with Eto'o around, we have options but with him injured, albeit for a short period, we are down to just 2 STs and Torres is a 'glass' himself too.. BlueLion. 21,491
Obviously not too bad a pull if he came out for the second half. If it was bad he'd have stayed in medical.
CHOULO19 24,332
Obviously not too bad a pull if he came out for the second half. If it was bad he'd have stayed in medical. Yeah, Jose said that because of his experience he knew and stopped just as the muscle started to cramp and this should cut down the injury time by half. Instead of one month, hopefully he'll be out for 10-15 days.

Hamon 103
He just killed guardiola in a interview. He said he is a coward like Ibra said.He is absolutely crazy, you have to watch it.Whatever thing he has said, he is right: Guardiola was an idiot to treat Eto'o like that, Eto'o a guy who was (is) a legend for FC Barcelona and who, along with Messi and Iniesta, was the star of the best season ever for the club (2009 Treble).Swapping him + a lot of money for a weaker player of the same age?? CRAZY, TOTALLY CRAZY.it is exactly as if here, some crazy manager, dared to treat a legend for Chelsea like Didier, when in his prime, as a complete mister nobody, kicking him out of the club.Guardiola is an absolute idiot, no matter how much he wins. Bosnian Blue 2,471
I never liked him, I don't like him now, but he has earned my respect and he has proved to be the best of our strikers. Still think they won't give him another year though, also if we win the league I have a feeling all three of them will be gone. But nevertheless props to Eto'o who has helped our team a lot. Chelsea Legend 11 4,062
It'll be interesting to see how he will be deployed. At Anzhi he appeared to play either the 10 or inside forward role, when at Inter Jose often played him out wide too. I anticipate he will be apart of a fluid front four capable of drifting into different positions but what we do lack is presence in the box I hope he has the guile to deliver that. We won't need him to score 30+ goals maybe 15-20 of the right goals, not the typical Torres 3rd goal of 5 total. Score in big games and kill off the smaller ones. "Unfortunately, my injury may not allow me to be there. Can I get fit enough? Time will tell. I can't say anything but I will work to be there."I could have played for PSG when Luis Fernandez was the coach. He bought me dinner but the clubs didn’t find an agreement.Asked if he could yet join the Ligue 1 champions, Eto'o replied: "As a fan, maybe, but not as a player."Leonardo has talked to me about coming to Paris but it did not happen and it's a shame because I would have liked to play for PSG."Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho was overheard in February joking about Eto'o's age, something which the in-form striker has since mocked with some creative goal celebrations, and the 33-year-old insists that there is no problem between him and his boss."My 'problem with Mourinho'? Don't talk about it," he continued."I score goals. I have not stopped doing it but I cannot do that if I stay on the sidelines. Even though I am old, I still know how to score. The 'old man' celebration against Tottenham had nothing to do with Mourinho.""This is a difficult question," Eto'o said when asked what makes the Portuguese different to his previous managers. "There is something in his approach to a match that the others don't have but I cannot say because we want to win the Champions League."He becomes someone else in the build-up to matches. Like any human being, he sometimes loses his mind. He proved it sometimes like when he did it with me [by calling me old] but he takes all the pressure on himself."
