Mourinho said on Chelsea TV after the game that he hoped Eto's hamstring injury is not too serious and will probably only be out for maybe 10-15 days.

Joy...Guess we'll probably have to play Torres against PSG now.

I really hope (and also I think) we can have him back for the home game against PSG.

Anyway, I'll never be tired to write this word about Eto'o:

LEGEND

He loves making the ball swirl. B)

He'll hopefully make the home game on that estimate and Torres would have been selected for PSG away anyway.

Maybe or maybe not. At least with Eto'o around, we have options but with him injured, albeit for a short period, we are down to just 2 STs and Torres is a 'glass' himself too..

Obviously not too bad a pull if he came out for the second half. If it was bad he'd have stayed in medical.

Yeah, Jose said that because of his experience he knew and stopped just as the muscle started to cramp and this should cut down the injury time by half. Instead of one month, hopefully he'll be out for 10-15 days.

He just killed guardiola in a interview. He said he is a coward like Ibra said.

He is absolutely crazy, you have to watch it.

Whatever thing he has said, he is right: Guardiola was an idiot to treat Eto'o like that, Eto'o a guy who was (is) a legend for FC Barcelona and who, along with Messi and Iniesta, was the star of the best season ever for the club (2009 Treble).

Swapping him + a lot of money for a weaker player of the same age?? CRAZY, TOTALLY CRAZY.

it is exactly as if here, some crazy manager, dared to treat a legend for Chelsea like Didier, when in his prime, as a complete mister nobody, kicking him out of the club.

Guardiola is an absolute idiot, no matter how much he wins.

I never liked him, I don't like him now, but he has earned my respect and he has proved to be the best of our strikers. Still think they won't give him another year though, also if we win the league I have a feeling all three of them will be gone.

But nevertheless props to Eto'o who has helped our team a lot.

It'll be interesting to see how he will be deployed. At Anzhi he appeared to play either the 10 or inside forward role, when at Inter Jose often played him out wide too.

I anticipate he will be apart of a fluid front four capable of drifting into different positions but what we do lack is presence in the box I hope he has the guile to deliver that.

We won't need him to score 30+ goals maybe 15-20 of the right goals, not the typical Torres 3rd goal of 5 total. Score in big games and kill off the smaller ones.
