Brand new company nobody has ever heard of. Super vague idea of what the hell they even are. Just feels weird.

This explains the delay. This deal was probably done a while ago but the umbrella company hadn't been set up yet. Not buying the idea this is some sort of deal that has come from nowhere if it is for £40m+ pa and the club didn't seem particularly bothered about no principal sponsor.
